Game Window immediately closing after popping up

I am on 64 bit windows 10 and am having trouble launching the game. I downloaded the client and let it update and when i press connect, the game window pops up as if its going to start loading and then quickly closes. And no game launches after that.

What should i do? I know for sure it isn't anti virus exceptions. Triple checked.

try run as admin, if not then try checking your firewall maybe the mu is not on allowed programs, and if still not, try downloading microsoft c++ redistributable i have no idea what it does but it's in the download section http://www.infinitymu.net/downloads

Hello !

1st question : Windows 10 is fresh installed?
2nd question : did you ran MUOnline previously on the same OS?
3rd question : You got all your windows updates and DirectX + Visual C++ Redistribuable?
4th Question : you made sure you got the game executables as exceptions in your firewall/antivirus? (follow this Thread if you need help with it)
5th question : u tried to run the game as administrator?

Hello,

If all suggestions above still not working. Try to re-install the client but make sure you fully delete the previously installed one. Also make sure that all your Drivers from your laptop/PC has been installed completely.
