Game wont run smooth

I got exactly the same problem http://forum.infinitymu.net/showthread.php?69758-Super-lag still cant find solution is been 3 month cant play the game i always check forum for finding solution still there none of it.. i tried all kind method that are given still dosent work. My suggest is do a teamview from any staff that are expert about the game like resi.
