Game wont run smooth

Hi guys the problem is that the game seems to be in slow mo. i cant figure what causes it. any of you got clue? please help :( i want to play been figuring it out all day long still no results here some specs on my pc

Display card may or direckt may be defective. I can not say anything without seeing my example comes into play when it freezes or my many players?
 
No it doesn't freeze it is like playing frame by frame everything is slow motion :(
 
I suggest you try deleting the client again or reinstall the driver for the display driver. Although if you take the format of the final solution to pc
 
tried re installing the client, still the same :(
 
Is it the first time you opened the game using that computer or you've been playing it before, and had just discovered that the game went laggy ?
Because one laptop I do still use was "slow mo" in-game too.. and I tried to update the graphics drivers and whtvr, and I've seen a difference, the game ran better than before..

Aside from cleaning up your PC, checking if no virus invaded your PC or installing drivers. Try to play it on a window mode using lower graphics at the option in our client before connecting. This also happens to me everytime, when you play the game after opening multiple sites on the internet and just minimize the browser that you are currently using, this causes the game to lag or go to slow mo at times at the start of the game even at the log-in screen, try to minimize the client and restore it repeatedly until it comes back to normal, this usually happens to me and this process always works for me.

Its like what happened to me before, i tried to play InfinityMu in windows 8 and its so lag. . so i go back to windows 7. ^^ , maybe its not compatible with your windows 8
 
Try to disable Hyper-V option in your Windows 8 features. Windows 8 should be even more faster than Windows 7.

1. Open Windows Features.

2. Expand the Hyper-V sub-section, and do step 3 or 4 below for what you want to do.

3. To Enable Hyper-V
A) Ensure that all Hyper-V options are checked as shown above, click/tap on OK, and go to step 5 below.

4. To Disable Hyper-V
A) Uncheck Hyper-V, click/tap on OK, and go to step 5 below.

5. Restart the computer when prompted.

Other alternative is to open command prompt and write the following command: dism.exe /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V-All
Then type Y to confirm the required reboot of your PC.
 
i'm using w8 and I don't have this issues, it means about your graphic card, I'm using HD intel.
 
i've tried all the suggestions, it works a lil bit but still it is a little laggy. i downloaded anti lag. still the game won't run smooth
 
I also couldn't experience any lagging/worse performance in Windows 8. However from the SSs your graphics card couldn't be recognized, please don't forget that integrated graphics cards/processors has lower performance, than dedicated ones.

If you can, please expand your thread with full specification of your PC(every little details), so it will give a better view about the opportunities to maximize the performance of your config.
 
Also as Sir Kane have stated your video card/graphic card is not recognizes there for altering the your PC performance. Check the name and complete ID of your video card and search it on google usually they provide driver installers to be downloaded in case you lose your copy.

Updated all your drivers by using iObit Driver booster after that update your graphic card you can use this Software to know all your drivers and update it all if iObit Driver booster didn't update all cause I know not all the drivers can be update by iObit Driver booster so you will do it manually.

Are you "lagged" or "delayed" ? :)
 
As I could see there is no feedback on your thread yet, so I would like to suggest Game Booster. That program disables (minimize the required) Windows' services that could eat your CPU's power, therefore finally increase your CPU's efficiency, and can increase the smoothness of gameplay.

@ProCute, Please update your report with your PC full details, so we can get a better overview about your case, and we can suggest the best approach to solve your problem. You know, the "lag" is quite complicated thing, and to resolve it, we require really detailed informations. For this purpose may you can use Aida 64's free edition, if you are not aware of your PC's specification.
