Bro as an ex gm you know how we do things, we don't say "oh i dont like him deny him", we have a big conversation with all staff members, point out the positives and negatives, ask each member of the team his opinion, only THEN do we act. Enzo bro I completely understand your feelings and I don't look wrong at your decision, just know I think nothing less of you and as a lead mod I still had respect and trust in you, but it's your choice to resign or not.
I can't say what was discussed however just know no one person decided to deny you, it was a very difficult decision but the right one in the end.
Thanks for your work to the GFX'ers and thanks to you to Enzo <3, we'll always be friends even if not fellow staff members.
I know bro, there's lot of things I dont understand and dont agree but I'm not the most smart and the boss here so I might be wrong in some cases, I think if you guys decide there's nothing I can do, that doesnt means i agree in deny enzo app and I agree that he's right in resign, I would do the same if the same happens to me but if you guys decide, its decided already so all I can do is agree since you, otelo, nick, resi and some others gms have more experience than me.

I am sorry, but i have to disagree with all of you, what Enzo did was not the right thing, if i was in his place, i'd seek out what is lacking from me that makes my team mates displeased with me, what is the reason they don't trust me, and how can i fix that, in the current staff team, if someone is displeased with someone, they'll openly tell you, they won't hide or talk behind your back, nor sugar coat their words to make it seem as if they support you, they all speak their honest opinion, in our discussion, we were pointing out the Plus and Minus about him, for the most part he was supported for promotion, but some things can't be forgoten, and according to someone's actions of the past, he'll need more effort to win absolute trust like he had before, depending on the level of the offense.

I would like to thank you for the time you've spend in order to write this reply. I know you are a cool guy, try to be fair, polite and friendly with everyone, at least this is what you made me to think about you.

I think that i'm not going to work again here and be part of the Staff Team, i prefer to remain as a player and enjoy it as much as i can. I will keep supporting this awesome server with all i get but not as a Staff Member. I'm a person like all of you, i did mistakes but also i gave my best in order to "delete" my bad reputation, by beeing Lead Moderator here and Game Master in x100 server, but in the end i didn't accomplish anything as it seems. Enzo is a great staff member, the community lost a good staff, not mentioning his past mistakes that you guys are talking about. I haven't seen you around as a GM but you had been a good lead mod in the time that I got here in the communtity. I feel lost and have regrets for your resignation you could have still helped us out here, not as a GM but a lead mod, having an experience as a GM and being the current lead mod are credentials and things that could give this community so much more, I just wished you have stayed and waited, we all made mistakes in the past and still this mistakes can surely affect the present but its how we make the present that defines the future and not our past. Good luck on your duties, hope to see you in game and more strength my friend!

Great word usage there Bro, if you want the actual definition of what you've posted so far, then that word is "Insecure" and "Immature", you're just 20 years old, you said "If they treat me bad i'll treat them bad" in your application, you'll soon find out that real life aint that easy and you don't have the luxury to just step down from something that you already have because your mind and thoughts is full of "my co-workers don't trust me" without something to strongly support those thoughts, and you'll learn to be thankful for having it, i hope at least.
I'll just lock the thread cause i want to keep my cool and not get angry from what you say, and if you want demotion next time, don't pm the HGMs, PM me or Venci with an explenation of what you feel and why you resign, that's all i am gonna say.
