If you have everything of an account since you create , like "Secret Question" and its Answer.
why then dont you want to back the email via contact Resi and continue to play your acc again ?

And just want to ask how he can change your email if he/she doesnt know your mail's pass, at least you're the one who knows it.
Else you just put random mail when you create an account.
