Hello i have problem with my account i was inactive about months and i tryied to log in again today and an error appears to me:Your username is inviald.I have got all the informations of my account.I tryied to PM Resi but he had full Inbox , so where can i send my informations about my account.

I can't use lost password function about username cause i lost my e-mail password but i know the e-mail , secret question/answer/username/main character name even character set.Thank you.

Hai,

The first time i met that someone's account name is invalid , but anyway everything is possible.
So you should contact Resi and speak him about the whole problem but once,

It doesnt sounds really since every mail of an account visible in charatcer options/etc.
But if you know the secret question and the Answer of question , hope then Resi can help ya
since you need strong proofs , coz the same problem i met
months ago .
 
I already contact to support@infinitymu.net , and the answer was that there is a problem in website / webshop and some accounts can't log in , i hope they will fix it soon.My account is ok they logged in with that in game.
 
My account is OK , the website/webshop got problem.
 
Problem is fixed.
