Hello Please help me to open my Webshop account because they are have problem i cant log in in the webshop i write the right user name and password but i cant enter because is wrong.. please help me... im be log in in game not in webshop.. THANK YOU!I LOVE INFINITYMU!!

If your password got symbols
Can you change your password here -> http://www.infinitymu.net/index.php?op=changepassword
Change your password to number or words
Symbols its not accepted in webshop.

make sure when you log in webshop . you have to log out in game . this mean off.

you cannot log in webshop . during you playing game. you have to out game and log in webshop . this make sure

Im in not in game. and i can enter in webshop. they put there wrong I.d and password. but i enter the game in that I.d and password..

Did you checked if the "caps lock" is activated? make sure you entered a correct username and password without symbols.

1.) Change your password to simple one.
2.) Try logging in.
3.) if fail>try new web browser

Try this
1) Change your password to with only words and numbers
2) Make sure you are log-offed in-game which means OFF IN-GAME
3) Clean your cookies (browser) with this

Hope your problem will be fix.

Try to do these:

1) Quit your game, far as i remember you CAN'T log-in webshop when your game account is log-on
2) Try to change your password with out Caps or special symbols(i.e *&^%$#)
3) If still cannot Log-in webshop contact RESiSTANT
