Hi

I need help, I want to open Mu then it crash. In my computer there's no viruses or anything since I scanned with HitmanPro and Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 found nothing.


I downloded the game like 3 times from the website and no luck :( same error, when is auto-updating it updates all files correctly, but when I click in connect it crash.

Please help.

Downloaded and Patched still crash.

EDIT: I will download the game again bur now from the HTTP Download not from GameFilefront to test if the game works.

I download the game installer from the homepage and GameFileFront and no work :(.
I wasn't able to Play InfinityMu since July because of the crash.

Any help please?

Try to turn off your firewall,If it won't work try to run as administrator

I tried run as adminisrador and everything I could, but no luck :(
I wasn't able to tried with Windows Firewall disable,since I already removed InfinityMu from my computer.

Anyway, Thanks for the help.
 
Cmon just don't leave best server!Have you tried that lastest patch?
 
make a clean boot,perhaps some driver/software makes conflict with the client.
run msconfig.exe (can be found in - C:\Windows\System32) ,go to "Services" tab,at the bottom check "Hide all Microsoft services" and then press on "Disable All",then go to "Startup" tab and press on "Disable All",then on "Apply" > "OK" and restart your PC,after the restart don't turn on any programs,just run the client.

I decided to try again and downloaded the last version of the client version lite and same error :( Mu lancher work well but I click in connect the main.exe crash and said: Main has stopped working.

I'm using Windows 8 Enterprise x64 bit.

Any help please.
 
If all else fails, try to contact RESiSTANT for remote help.

And windows 8 isn't released till 26th Oct. Are you sure your operating system is correct??

Note: Press "Ctrl+Alt+Del" and under processes, make sure there is no duplicate copy of main.exe running.

Yes, My Windows 8 Enterprise x64 bit is not final version but a release preview version.

it have the same crash when I was using Windows 7, I was able to play well since July then it stopped working for me.

a wait i said bad my version of Windows 8 Enterprise x64 is RTM but 90-day only.

I think the last time i was able to it was in Windows 7 or Windows XP, I don't remember well. it can't be a compatibility issue since I can play almost all my games in Windows 7 in Windows 8 and I play others Mu and there's no issue only InfinityMU.

Hi

I formatted my Computer to Windows 7 Ultimate x64 bit and it seems to work.
Seems like it was a compatible issue with Windows 8, hope InfinityMu support Windows 8 in the future.
