Those sites are blocked by you! Log in Control Panel Internet Options Security tab and enter the Restricted Sites and there are sites restricted to you: D I hope you have been helpful if here is the problem :)
 
Yes you have to fix it in your Control Panel. Dont worry it's not as big problem as you think :)
 
The problem is described in the window. Says because your recent actions, you've been marked as a spam bot and lost your access to the sites. Also in the left, says you must complete a survey in order to verify that you are a human.
If its your personal pc and you are sure there weren't any spam actions, my advice is that you clean your pc with a good antivirus. I strongly recommend you Ad-aware for finding worms, troyans and that stuff. Plus it's free!

If doesn't work, just take the survey to see what happens. Of course don't give any personal information.
