Reinstall will do the job. You have registry problems on your windows. Unknown Hard error talks for itself that there's problem in the operating system...
15-20mins reinstallation of your windows will not hurt.

Thread 'main.exe Don't Send Error'

Hello, i have been trying to reinstall the game after a 3 months break and apparently the client refuses to work for me. I searched the forums and i tried all the metods but main.exe always results in a Don't Send Error after i try to open the client. I am using comodo internet security premium, i have added an exception for both mu.exe and main.exe, hell, i've even tried to close it after i disabled anything but the game still refuses to work. Now i know that i can play the game because i used to do that a while back but now i don't know what the problem is. What's changed ? I have fully...

1. Open Command Prompt (run as administrator):
2. Run SFC: Type sfc /scannow and press Enter to check and repair corrupted system files.
3. Run DISM (if SFC fails): Type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and press Enter to repair the system image.
