And remember to check your firewall too!

Hello CHUN ,
It's not a problem with your connection as lot of guys already told you. Is weird, because on the past time you told to us that everything worked fine.
I think your IP has been blocked automatically by our guard because you tried to use something illegal or even RESi ban your IP due some reasons.
Try to contact with our administration and you should ask them what happened!

If you cannot connect to the game then you have come to the right place. The following below are just some causes and some solutions may not be accurate to solving your problem.

Again, some solutions in particular situations aren't accurate.

1) Client simply close upon starting without even reaching the loading screen / opening the MU window.
Reason: Debugger is present,antivirus/firewall stop the game from opening, DEP (Data Execution Prevention) is set to all programs and MU client is started with limited user.
Solutions: Close all debuggers before starting client, set DEP for essential windows programs only (system properties => Advance Tab => Performance Setting Button => Data Execution Prevention Tab) and run MU client with admin level (run as... Admin in Vista/Win7) and disable/uninstall all antivirus or firewall software.

Upload it in www.sendspace.com and give link for download in this thread and I will fix your problem.

2)Anti-Virus

Your anti-virus may be the cause on why you cannot connect in-game.

The reason is your Anti Virus is deleting our MU GUARD file. - Your anti virus can't read it and constantly deletes the file (llah.dll) because of treating it as a virus.

Solution: Make an exception on your anti virus and add "llah.dll" or try changing your anti virus.

3)ATI Graphics Card

The ATi Catalyst and its new drivers that are causing this issue.

Solution: Install an older version of the ATi Catalyst because the newer ones aren't compatible with the game.

Guide: 1. Right-Click desktop.

2. Click 'Catalyst(TM) Control Center'

3. Click on 'Graphics' Left upper corner

4. Click on 'Information'

If you did this, you'll be able to see the installed version of Catalyst, if it's up-to-date it should be 10.6. However it is 10.6 that's causing this problem.

You need to downgrade the version of your Catalyst 10.4 and everything will run smooth now.

4)Quick Link for Old Drivers of ATi Catalyst: http://www.oldapps.com/ati.php

Note that you need to uninstall your 10.6 driver first before installing an older one.

Other Graphics Card

If you do not have ATI, but Nvidia or something else, try something similar it might be the same issue.

5)Case 1: Your client crashes and you receive a message from the Antihack Software saying "Client closed, muguard case 017.

Cheat detected with memory scanning method."Client closed, muguard case 017. Cheat detected with memory scanning method."

Reason: Some opened programs inject .dlls into main.exe and they are blocked by MuGuard.

Solution 1: Go to START > Control Panel and uninstall useless softwares such as SweetIM, Download Accelerator Plus, Speedbit Video Accelerator, TuneUP Utilities or any other simillar softwares that are totally useless for your computer.

Solution 2: Hit CTRL+ALT+DEL > Start Task Manager > Processes List > Check Show processes from all users. Order them by Name and start closing processes one by one except system32 ones until you find the fauly process and remember it's name to uninstall it. Everytime you close a process, try to run MU Client.

Solution 3: Close all Tray Icons especially Bluetooth Tray Icon in case you got a laptop. Tray Icons can be found where the clock is displayed, right-down side of your screen, right click them / Mouse 2 and exit.

6)If your client crashes on start and you have an NVIDIA video card:

1-UNINSTALL your current NVIDIA driver
2-Rollback or install a previous version of the driver from NVIDIA we page
3-install THIS if you have a 32 bit Operating System OR install THIS if you have a 64 bit Operating System

7)Mu client is just crashing after the loading screen or while loading screen is almost done.

Reason : Client's computer is infected with trojan rootkits that hooks api sockets and some more functions to steal data from the victim, these functions when altered will cause not only mu client Mu Guard enabled to crash but also some tools using the same functions.

Solution : Use THIS TOOL, Kaspersky special tool for this type of rootkits, to remove this Trojan Rootkit and restore to Original the API functions altered by the said Rootkit.

Hello, I usually happen sometimes, only you must hope that the button should appear to tune in, in case it does not appear it begins your router/modem again and if the problem continues calls your Internet operator.
