Hello, dear Infinitians!

I am glad to present you with another edition of our favorite IMES Event!

The event starts now, on the 1st of March 2024, and will be finished on the 31st of May 2024.

Mechanics, Rules and Guidelines for our IMES XLI
​

RULES:

• You can win a maximum of 3 IMES per Game Master or Event Master event per day. This means that if 2 Game Master(s) or Event Master(s) host events in one day, you can maximum get 3 points in each one's events (6 in total in this example), even if you win more than 3;
• Players can't use more than 1 character and 1 account. Which means, if you won 1-3 IMES on a character, you are not allowed to switch and win with a different character. This also applies to FIMES. You MUST use the same character on FIMES as you use on regular IMES;
• If you want to rename the character with which you participate in IMES or FIMES ranking, it's your obligation to forward the new name to the current Head Event Master. This function can be used ONLY if you have renamed the same character, with which you already have won points;
• Fake or edited SS and also SS not taken right after Castle Siege time will not be accepted and can lead to getting your points deducted;
• Heavy Teaming up with other players on events is forbidden. Caught teaming up will lead to getting your points deducted;
• Players who have on their names both of these symbols: < and >, will not be able to win IMES with those characters. The reason is that these symbols are messing up the IMES panel. Use another character;
• Caught cheating on Game Events or Forum Events can get your points deducted.

MECHANICS:

• All Infinitians who participate in every Game Master or Event Master event will receive points every time they win. All winners will be listed on a scoreboard, which will be updated from time to time;
• Gathering points will start on March 1st, which is also when Game Master(s) and Event Master(s) will start adding IMES points;
• Banned Characters or Accounts (permanent bans) will be automatically removed and disqualified from the event. The same goes for Hacking bans but also heavy Bug Abuse bans, while on some occasions IMES can be reduced for lighter ban reasons (depends);
• In order to be fair, all game-related Staff cannot participate in or win in in-game events; (There can be exceptions on forum events.)
• All game-related Staff will have their own scoreboard, which will be updated only by them every time they host events.

GUIDELINES:

• When you participate in other types of events that require you to use another character (like PVP / PK events), you can actually transfer the IMES you just won from that event to your main IMES character just by asking the present event host to do that RIGHT AFTER YOU WIN THE EVENT. This is a MUST-DO step since if you are found to have more than 1 character on IMES / FIMES, you will get your points deducted. If your main IMES character has max IMES on the present event host, then the IMES points won't be added; (The Character must be on the same account as your main IMES character.)
• It's always best to inform Owner RESiSTANT, Administrator Dimer or Administrator Toby of any problems you have with IMES;
• Prizes won from Big Events (except IMES) can be transferred or gifted to another user by letting the present Event Master know about them.

Castle Siege Warfare: IMES Bonus

• If your alliance won the Castle Siege for the week, send a private message to one of the Administrators - Toby, Dimer or the current Lead Moderator in forums with your screenshot using your character while participating in the Castle Siege (inside the throne room);
• The screenshot must show the date of the Castle Siege, and your character must be on that winning alliance;
• If your screenshot and character are valid, you will receive an additional 3 IMES points;
• This can be applied to all the members of the winning alliance. Old screenshots will not be accepted;
• Submission of fake SS will lead to the deduction of IMES points from our scoreboard. [READ HERE FOR MORE INFO]

• All Forum Events hosted by the Staff Team will be rewarded with Forum IMES points depending on the final position occupied in each monthly or special forum event;
• One separate scoreboard will be kept to count the points for the forum event winners, and they will also be rewarded with goodies at the end of the IMES season;
• All forum events will have a maximum of 10 IMES points rewarded, and they will be updated accordingly when they are announced;
• Important Note: All Forum IMES points are also added to the final IMES score calculations.

Calculations of the final results

• IMES: Once the event date is over, the points from every scoreboard will be counted (all points will be calculated, not only the TOP 20 of each scoreboard);
  
  
• FIMES: The amount of FIMES will be removed from your general IMES board (because it goes to the same scoreboard), and the final results will be separated, meaning, if you have overall 190 IMES and 90 FIMES, then that means that 90 of those 190 are FIMES and not IMES;
  
  
• Note: If there are users with the same amount of points, they will be sorted in alphabetical order.
