Can we have more community members on the forum?

That would be great!!!

This would keep the forum more alive and active.

I would increase the events on the forum, we would help all members to have more direct contact with the staff.

We need more activity from the forum staff.

To be specific:
Moderators, GFX,


About Forum Usergroups

We need rectify functions or activities:
Event master Game master 2 team with the same functions

Why senior staff of we have the HEAD? The Head team can take the activities of senior stuffs

For me, the GFX team belongs to the STAFF tit has an important role in the community to beautify it, especially in its forum, official page, you can even reach each member account

We need the forum to be more organized and specific

A suggestion zone/area is needed to:
- GAME
-FORUM

note : not all together

like report zone, i like this zone each topic area: forum , game

about market place: i can suggest apply each character marketplace, imean this:

MARKET PLACE
- Blade Knight
- Muse Elf
- Soul Master
- Magic
- etc

each buyer or seller can create a thread specific each pj for make some realeted

we can do it, misc zone, store etc....


And so many more...!!!

Hi Showcase,

Concerning the number of members in the forum, indeed having many users is great, however, even with the current number we have now in forum, only a few are joining Forum Events.

There's Forum Events and Player player-hosted events, and if you check those, even in player-hosted events only several people are joining. If only many are active joining I believe MOD will also be active in posting new rounds and having more forum events.

If I'm not mistaken, those 2 staff positions have different tasks, Event Masters are the ones bringing/hosting events in-game such as Non-PK/PK Events and Big Events. Meanwhile, Game Masters are the ones who help Venci with game-related tasks, like checking bugs, checking haxors, watching over Castle Siege, and investigating/testing other In-game related reports(specially when Venci thinks of releasing new items they are the ones helping with tests).

With your suggestion about the GFX should be part of the Staff Team, I would say there's no need for it at the moment, If you check the request area, there haven't been any increase for GFX requests may it be user-title/signature/avatar. The statistics don't really justify the reason why GFX should be part of the staff team and if you're referring to the official facebook page design, I believe Venci is not running any ads for our page thus there's no need for new graphics.

But I agree with your sentiments in a way that GFX should be valued better compared to what's given right now.

I totally agree with you on this, but maybe not to the full extent that the Marketplace will be changed completely, It would be better if we could have just a Filter option added to the current Marketplace.

1. Our RANK system has been like this for so many years and works perfectly,we will not change it. Staff groups will not undergo any changes,because we have developed a working system. This is a NO.

2. GFX team works hand to hand with the Mod team,there is no need to develope it into a NEW Staff rank,we have enough. They have been given new salaries and we reward Handsomely for arts and works.

3.We have a lot of forum events,we can always add more if the suggestion is really good.

4.Staff activity is very high,we have active staff members 24/7. Your account is 1 month old,you have not been here long enough to validate this yourself. We are also human beings,have a life,sometimes we cannot be active every hour of every day.

5.The Market is good and clean as it is. The forum has been reworked piece by piece the past year and it looks nit and clean. We had the class split before,but it makes no sense to return it back. We have a working system,we wont change something which works.

6.Vbulletin better? You are mistaken. Xenforo is 10 times better forum platform which can be edited,worked on and updated easier than vbulletin and has lesser buggs. Together with the owner we have made a very smooth and good working version of our forum. There is no need for changes.

Your suggestion has no logic behind it.

To have logic in it - first think of SPECIFIC things which you can GIVE as ideas,not throw random general stuff in the air.

We always appreciate NEW IDEAS if they are well thought of and have validation and truth behind them.

I encourage you to give yourself some time and REWORK your suggestion.

i never really thought about offending, attacking anyone. especially the admin team.

Just that we have to be a resilient community...being a new member doesnt mean that icant contribute new ideas or analyze the server where i want to belong.

i qualify myself as a person with great ideas, with or without help can obtain great benefits for any purpose.

As explained above, EM and GM staff ranks are entirely different. GM's generally have more responsibilities and possess the power to ban players. Actually, EM is derived from GM rank for events only, aimed at potential server helpers who have some spare time.

In the past, we didn't have senior ranks. It's kind of new, but still useful, as senior is a stepping stone and preparation to take the lead role if and when necessary. Right hand of the current heads.

GFX Team once belonged to the staff team, but players abused it too much. Currently, it's considered a server support rank along with Game Supporters, Forum Supporter, and Wiki Team, which is still higher than any normal community rank. It has several advantages.

There are always ways to promote and improve the GFX Team, we don't need to label it as a staff rank, I think.

The market place looked like you described it in the past, divided into class sections. I remember it was not as efficient as one would think. So, I don't know about this one.

We have used vBulletin since 2009 to 2020, and we all came to the same conclusion: it is an utter piece of bugged garbage. Maybe in the past it was good, until it wasn't anymore. It's not as customizable and smooth as the current XenForo is.

But worry not, you may not know yet, but we are preparing game changing improvements for the forum and brand new features you haven't seen yet. Just you wait.
