Help Launcher Error

It perfectly fine, when I installed it last few days ago, and when I restart my computer then it goes like this! I am using a low-end laptop, but again its really fine and working well with me past few days ago! And suddenly came to this.

Hello Cheezwiz,

Are you playing at home or other locations like office, work, etc. It might be company policy to block certain access for the user.

Alternatively try to lauch main.exe instead of launcher.
If update server and game server is on the same location most likely you will not able to connect if the IP is blocked. But if only IP and port on the update server is blocked. mostlikely you can still connect to the game.

try also to disabled your windows firewall for the mean time and see if you can connect (not recommended).

just try you luck .

If there is also other changes to computer let the community know. Any other information could help

I am playing at home. Do you have a anydesk?

He is now temporary connected though the use of VPN. just tp confirm that the problem is on the ISP side.
Already advised him to contact his ISP to allow connection to the server 5x.x.x.x
