Level 2 Wings

Not a big deal but I would like to suggest to atleast increase the option of the Level 2 wings/cape for pvp purposes.

Benefits:
1. Market Changes - Level 2 Wings/Cape price will increase and make it more valuable including in Webshop if ever.

2. PVP Changes - When pot rate is not yet set into limit, Level 2 Wings/Cape can use for PVP but since our pot rates are limited to a specific amount per second we're gonna fly right away when using those Level 2 Wings/Cape.

3. Reduce Anti Lag Usage - since Level 2 Wings/Cape doesnt require a lot of graphic usage it will lessen us to download anti lag skins or customize level 3 wings/cape.

FAQs:

Q: Why dont just download antilag skins? So easy to fix your graphic lag issues.

A: I'm pertaining for the benefits of other systems as well such as pvp and marketing system.

Q: Don't be stupid, why increase the options if that's how the season of MU works? Use Level 2 Wing/Cape if you want to.

A: I know I'm not the only one who wants to make other items usable in PVP and at least make those Level 2 ****s more valuable.

Q: I can use Level 2 Wings/Cape in PVP and win in pk's, how come you don't?

A: I'm not pertaining to specific persons, I want everyone to benefit from it not just YOU.

Well, some players do want to challenge themselves and use lesser items such as wings in PVP. If it would not cause imbalance to the PVP or even to the market then I would agree with the suggestion but of course only to a point where 3rd level wings will still out power 2nd level wings because it should be that way.

However, deviating or altering the normal amount of options and attributes that these 2nd level wings grants the player might cause a bug. The good side of the suggestion has been stated and I do agree that it would give more fun to the game if it would not cause bugs.
