I have been playing this Mu since 2019, from the beginning I was learning and understanding the game and I understood that it consists of occupying your free time in having healthy fun with friends and forming alliances to participate in events. I have experience in the events held by EM and I participate whenever I can because I have fun.

Availability during a regular week?
I can play 2 to 4 hours every day at night from Monday to Friday and on the weekends 4-5 Hours because I don't work in those days.

What are your biggest weaknesses?
Not doing what I love and losing my family.

What are your biggest strengths?
I am competitive in what I do, and I always persist to achieve my goals.

Why should we hire you?
Because I have more than 5 years of experience in the game and I know about the events that are done. I like to help Mu players can have fun and join the events, help everyone in general and especially the Spanish speaking Latino community, who maybe can't join because they don't understand English, I can help with that.

Hi lReal29l, as you stated that you are playing this server since 2019, but you dont have enough activity to apply for an EM, I don't even see you playing NPK or PKE, I think you need to join the event 1st before you make your own events so it's a NO for me now. Sorry my bro.

Nothing personal, but it's a no from my side. Even if you try to pretend to be someone you're not through this medium, in the game you're a very different person. You could say you can help some people, but if they don't share your ideals, you discriminate against them, and you start humiliating them, improve that and show that you're a good person with good values, so that's my humble opinion. How does this relate to the game or being an EM in any way? Not doing what you love is not a weakness, it's a dislike, losing your family is not a weakness, it's something you wish didn't happen.

Example of weakness would be no prior experience in hosting events. It could be something related to you recognizing your own fault in something that you are working on to improve. There are many options, but you didn't mention any, so it suggests that you didn't even think about it, you just gave a generic answer that others have given before you.

Your English language skills seem to be okay, although I am not sure if you are using translator or not, several of your posts in January suggest that you do and the game doesn't have that. It's okay to use a translator of course, but since game doesn't have it, I do wonder how your communication flows in game.

Generally, you are barely visible here in forum. Of course, you didn't apply for a forum position, but seeing your interactions in forum does help when people are trying to judge your interactions with other players. I have not had much time recently to engage in PvP, but when I did, I didn't see you. However, that of course says nothing because our time zones differ so much that we surely play at different times. For someone like me, seeing you interact with others in forum is crucial to judge who you are as a person, because I get no chance to in game.

In my opinion, I would like to see you improve first before you get the position, so I am leaning towards saying no to this application. However, don't feel discouraged, I realize that often I am too harsh for the given environment and in case this application does get denied, just work on yourself and when you think you have done good enough job, reapply. As you said yourself, you are persistent, would be nice to see proof of that Anyway, as Tomoika said, good luck regardless.

I didn't expect you would rush for EM application? i was kinda expecting a conversation about your interest in hosting events in game.
Unfortunately this is not a good sign, neither something would help your application because you literally took a fast decision, imo
First things first, everyone is allow to make an application, not saying you need a lot but well enough to understand the position you are going to. That being said, EM application requires people involved in events, participating or maybe (it helped me before) to host events with own items.
Let's just say that is something you can do, but

Well, your interaction in game counts a lot than being in forum, getting involved with players in game and stablish a communication or even friendship, that should be the main goal.
Personally if you would have start in game like you told me in private, then it would be something, a beginning, slowly but eventually would help your future ambitions.

Again, comments and opinions on this application are not meant to discourage you from applying to be part of the team. It’s just that there are some areas, like your in-game and forum activity, that need improvement.
For me, the good point here is the time zone - since you're from Peru, you're going to make events for players from that same time zone.

Just like what Halfdanjal said, just work on yourself, and when you think you have done a good enough job, reapply.

The truth is, I don't know you very well, and I don't play often since InfinityMu isn't what it used to be. There are so many bad GMs now abusing their positions. Hi, I think a position like that requires more than just seniority in the game. As mentioned above, you're not a player who has good relationships with people online. You care about yourself and your circle of friends, and I think for a staff position, you have to get along well with people.

Llevo jugando a este Mu desde 2019. Desde el principio, aprendí y entendí el juego, y entendí que consiste en ocupar el tiempo libre divirtiéndonos sanamente con amigos y formando alianzas para participar en eventos. Tengo experiencia en los eventos de EM y participo siempre que puedo porque me divierto.
