Main has stopped working

Hello. I'm new to InfinityMu(Maybe not, i remember how i played like few years ago). And I have a problem with my client. I have re-downloaded installer few times and re-installed game few times, too. Always after "Connect" button in launcher i have error: "main has stopped working"

Maybe someone can help me with this ? :wacko:

Windows 7 Ultimate x64
i7-3770k, 8gb RAM, 2TB hdd, GTX660

Firstly to make sure you don't have any corrupted client files, open the client's installation folder, then run Autoupdate.exe which can fix most of your client's files.

Secondly, if the problem still persist you should to try to set compatibility mode for your main.exe. To achieve this, open the properties of the main.exe in your client folder, then choose Compatibility tab, enable Run in compatibility... and choose Windows XP SP3 for this mode. (If you have no success, you still can try SP2, Windows 2000, or Windows NT 4.0 modes too)

The problem could come from your drivers too, so I would like to suggest to update your video drivers too.

Nothing helped. Drivers have last updates. Already tried all compatibility modes. AutoUpdate doesn't help too.

Hello,

Usually happens when you connect using two different InfinityMU window client. Just try to reboot your PC. Also make sure your anti-virus did not block the client and turn of your firewall.

Thanks for the answer. But I don't have 2 or more clients opened. I don't have antivirus, and firewall is off. So nothing should make any problem. But game still doesn't launch. And re-booting didn't help.

4. Pm/send your IP to Admin RESi

If nothing seems to work I suggest you to reformat your PC, however it should be your last resort.
