I have a lot of experience in PVP and PCH. I also have experience in what the correct actions of each player are when fighting. since I played and have good gears I helped many newbies until now and they are now strong and I am happy because I see them growing.

I want to apply for this job because I feel sometimes players need of having a little bit more support în-game, a feat that în my opinion I can provide with my kindness, availability and online time, because we all know, we’re living în a grown up society here în InfinityMu where live outside the server îs very important, and due to this fact some of the current staff în my opinion aren’t available as I could be.

7. I have no experience at being a GM NOR HERE or other server, but my capabilities în fighting and reading scripts shows that I’m no stranger to this game, also I want to start learning and I’m eager to master this game and help others, to help the community thrive.

8. I want to bring up my sheer dedication, perseverance and the capability of never back down on learning new things, eager to help, to gather info from players and show them to the fellow staff members în order to make everyone enjoy the server even more!

I've known you for several years, but that doesn't automatically secure my vote. Since you've applied to become a staff member, I believe it's important to evaluate your application objectively, not through the lens of our friendship. To be honest, I have concerns about whether you're ready to handle the responsibilities of this role fairly, especially given how easily you can get irritated in certain situations. In my opinion, it would be better for you to start with the Supporters team, as I’ve also suggested to other EM applicants. It's often more effective to begin at the foundational level (Supporter) and work your way up, proving your capabilities and dedication along the way. Once the senior staff see your potential, they’ll be more inclined to support your future applications. For now, my vote is "no". Goodluck bud!

These are missing from your application; the biggest strengths and weaknesses are somewhat of a joke by what you wrote. Is this a troll application by any chance? Be honest, because even if it is, it missed the entire point, and you clearly haven't read the truism.

If you really mean your application, then after this stunt of yours, how can you expect us to take you seriously in any way?

It's Arabic not Muslim.. English is not 10/10 my friend, it's good to have high self evaluation, but you need to be realistic with it.

#1 rule of being employed is NOT to speak bad about your past employers, which applied to this scenario is not speaking bad about current staff. "some of the current staff în my opinion aren’t available as I could be.", is your opinion and you are entitled to it, but opinion equals assumption in many cases, and assuming something doesn't make it a fact. Not all of us play on a regular basis, it's completely true and nobody is hiding it, what is being hidden though, is how much we actually play you might have fought me personally in stadium more times than you realize.

I imagine someone coming to work for my team at my workplace and telling me that their biggest strength is family and biggest weakness is committing a felony.. Immediately escorted out of the premises.

Outside of what Toby already provided, there is also this:

You are arrogant, aggressive, and the only thing you do is argue, challenge people for PCH and give your congratulations in staff updates and cs winner threads, that is your only contribution here. You break rules and you have broken rules that you have not been punished for. That is reasonable for a player I guess, but that is not reasonable for someone wanting to apply to a GM position.

You have not shown yourself in a good light, it's a fact and there is no denying that. At the current state of things, I cannot imagine you being accepted. If you truly wish to give a shot at being GM, you must improve a lot. Start today and maybe future will prove that you are indeed a worthy candidate, but for now, with how you have presented yourself so far, a solid no.

I've seen that you have a strong presence in-game, which clearly indicates your enthusiasm for the game. That's certainly a desirable trait for a Game Master applicant.
But your forum activity is quite low, which is also an important aspect of being part of the staff team. Most of your posts are PCH-related, and I don't see you having made any guides or answered player questions(maybe).

Your long-time presence and experience in the game might be a valuable asset. However, you need to work on improving your attitude toward other players and showing more respect toward the staff team. I know you can improve this, we don't know what the future holds, but for now its NO for me. Good luck!
