Mob points error

Goodmorning,

I Have a problem with monster points.
As far as I remember my points of one my character, approximately 24k-23k but suddenly it downs and becomes 201 points. I tried to check on webshop and spent it to monster point shop. It didnt work. May I ask if can be investigate and fix this.

Dont forget to add your character name only at title after you choose a prefix.
Also please take screenshot of your character.
