Please vote wisely, and please READ the INFO below for the sake of the community before voting for any option, and so you can place valid vote and to be fair for everyone who use multi-client feature. Thank You Very Much!

Important note:
If in case we allow max 2 clients per computer then we will have to put cool-down on Stern skill (2 minutes) + disable /tracemarry command (temporarily until we re-code whole marriage system and allow tracemarry command to be used only in specific maps e.g. disable it in Kantru, Nilfheim and Aida).
+ Rule update about macro fails ----> you must close your other client in pvp situation since you can fail in chat due lag, and ban appeals with that reason won't be accepted because it's complex for staff to check for your logs and time consuming. Everyone have life here. (except me:D)

We have received several bad feedbacks about disabling the multi client feature so I come back with suggestion what can be done for the sake of enabling Multi-Client usage.

what's the point? stadium is crowded and lorencia is crowded
for now? i must select stadium or lorencia
then stadium population decrease
i think it's bad for infinity mu
multiple clients is helping increase game population
who cares about the game population? i'm sure new players care about game population
think a newbie before start to game always check game places is it crowded or not
but with disabling multiple client is bad for us i think

I've voted for Bring back the feature, but limit game client instances to 2 (+disable /tracemarry command).
Because generally i have 2 character types one is for trading items one is for pvp, chatting.
When multi client is disabled i must choose one trading or pvp but with multiple clients i do both of them.
Some users think like that multi client should be disabled for avoiding abuses etc etc.
But it can already abuse with two or more computers xD This game doesn't need more cpu or ram or gpu it's easy to download for low computers. so allowing multiple client's does not hurt anyone.

And allowing multiple clients help increasing game population.

Who cares game population?

Let's think a newbie starts this game.
If I was new, I would care about the maps crowd. Then i move around lorencia, devias, stadium etc etc.(most popular maps)
If i see these maps are crowded i will be sure about this server should be playable.

We need to keep alive this server guys so voting for bringing back to the feature will be good for us.

I vote that the multiclient return is the reason that generates more connections in the game and motivates new users to play even more and for the other reason why you should remove tracemarry if it will not change anything since the dl is there and has the power Sumom From my point of view I prefer that they leave it as it was and add to the rules of the game that the one who fails with a macro using 2 clients should go ban since everything will be taken with character and with ones own responsibility thanks

In my opinion then multiclient is good but abuse it is bad. So i agree max 2 client/computer and disable tracemarry command in map where to hunt (aida, niff, kanturu)
and i have suggest that you can creat a port NPC like floki at lorencia/noria. People can click on them and move to stadium bar, then they no need to use second client + tracecommand for leveling => Reduce lag and improve gaming experience.
or you can reduce level to move to stadium to 50 => easy leveling for newbie

My vote is a big Bring back the feature, but limit game client instances to 2 (+disable /tracemarry command) but without disabling the tracemarry. I would rather to have just one client and keep things the way they are right now than give up tracemarry

For several reasons:
#1 : For those who say that they abusse in hunt, they can not control 2 accounts (BK's in most cases) in a hunt at the same time to kill the boss, and in my experience, i played vs someone who had Multiple Accs for the hunt (Even more than 3 spots) and the smarter is the one who win. Why is that? Because those who can hunt with multiple accounts do not have competition in their spots tooked, is the same that if they are alone and the spot is free, they have time to go as soon as they kill their spot. So in that way is a big NO. And in addition (Server 3 specially) the trace is an strategy (Even if you use just 1 client you can use tracemarry with another person using elf) and the one who win is the smarter one as well. The timing to rob, how and when to "steal" the draco, where to hide ur trace it is all a part of a strategy used with a friend or a client. And i am going to do a big acussation (And i apologize for it) but i am pretty sure that those who are stating negative things in hunt "abusse"does not even try to hunt for their personal reason as they got bored, etc... The only ones who have a spark of competitiveness are those who can win what they set their minds to ;)

#2 : It is easy to say for those who already have their Ibuff and doesn't need to lvl more that the trace for the newbie won't be an issue. Cuz it will. From the point of view of someone that started not long ago. I would rather to see if they accept this measure if they have to do their Ibuff all againg (Excepting those who had donated it). But i really support the idea of @Gydeon about the NPC or get stad level down to 50 (Even if only 1 client is allowed) to make Leveling Up much easier incluiding all the new members of this family.

#3 : Thinking about "Mu Population" as i read before, i think that is a point in favor as well. The new users always see how full or empty the server is to get an idea and also motivation. Using the perspective of what they are looking for is people who can guide them, pvp with them, chat with them, help them, etc....
Another benefit of multiclients is that we all have a secodary account as a vault for items and it is helpful to have a 2nd client to trade our items from our pricipal/secondary account to the other is just as simple as that.

So to resume all the stated and remark what i said is: I would like return the previous feature with limit clients to 2 (without disabling /tracemarry comand) or keep the multiclient OFF without disabling tracemarry

I am voting for : Turn OFF Multi-Client, we don't really need it. There's more cons than pros. etc...
I'l be short on details tho ...
Why would i want to have the trace marry command disabled when that it can be very useful in every other PVP map ? Stadium for example..
The fact that some guys doesn't have 2 pc ..it's no one's problem also.
If later it can be implemented to have multi client back .. and also trace marry, then OK.. bring back multi client.

For like a week already My sweet wife @Anais started to enjoy this game again.. She come's with me randomly in hunt. Why to cancel her joy of using that command? For couple more afk players? Is a MMORPG game .. not a single player game. Gawd.

Saying that if u having 2/3 accounts on a PC and increase the population will make newbies to like/enjoy more this server ?? Total nonsense! That's a reason i ended up in Infinity MU ... in every other servers i was after seeing only AFK People i left immediately !!!

For once stop being bias.. don't be selfish ... share the game with your friends. Enjoy!

Im Voting for not Turning off.

1st : i have 3 acc ,others is not fully Stat
Im using my other acc to collect rena & help my other acc for leveling. & reset

2nd.. : its easy to transfer, what item u like to put to your other account. W/o disturbing Staff.

3rd : Very Safe.

Since , Tracemarry is the issue. U can removed it. Cuz some draco hunters , abuse it , dont want to mention there name.. but i agree for removing , tracemarry.. thats all.

In my humble opinion i don't see any use of Multi-Client. Just to use it for AFK or buffing?
I prefer the classic with one window and a /tracemarry option which is more useful.
But than again its already decided.

It's not yet decided. We still want to hear our players opinion. Client update have been released but still everything can change to players and especially majority choice.

Sir i think that every vote should have its proper reply/argument to be valid as well, right? In that way everyone can see the real motive of each vote and the reasons why they are selecting the choice

I voted for the removal of the multi-client feature.

1. I don’t really see any benefits for it apart from people abusing it for CS kills or Draco Hunts. If you have multiple accounts learn how to use them at once. You should have a purpose for each account. So people saying they use it to help their other account level up, I find that BS (sorry not sorry)

2. If people want to use it to move their items around without disturbing staff or getting scammed by your mates in game, then I advise you to find new mates if you can’t trust people around you. Using two clients to trade to one another has actually lot of risk. It can bug out items, therefore items disappearing is a likely situation then you will also have to harass a staff to help you, which is negate the benefit above.

I just see more cons about this feature than pros. Worrying about the population and what it looks like on a new comer’s eye is very nice but fooling them with afk accounts would not solve the problems. People use it to accumulate kills on Castle Siege, or using it to abuse hunts. Trace marry is not the only thing that allows players to abuse this feature. A player can use a DL and make a pt and hide that DL until last minute draco then they can summon themselves to a favourable spot.
Anyway this is my opinion on this subject and hopefully more people can agree with it.

This poll was already created and the majority already won, this is the second time this has been created, multi client only brings bugs/afk players, if you want sell items and be in stadium, you can simply use the /post command that nobody uses nowadays…

-if u need multi client for the lame excuse so you can transfer items, theres always the admin that can help, and a bunch of players that wont scam you, this server has a lot of good players in terms of helping you transfer uber rings and such.

i voted to remove the multi-client for 2 reasons.
1. Less people makes in game experience far better in terms of lag issues specially those using with low spec PC's. This will also benefit more people with high-end spec PC's. making their pvp experience a lot more crisp with less lags.
2. If anyone says " it's not my fault to have high-end pc's and have other pc to play" , you're exactly true. But let's not forget the essence of the game. WITH MONEY or NOT. InfinityMU will always have the option of being a FREE TO PLAY Private server and thats what makes it unique. So we should also consider people who have low-spec pc's and those people who grind specially on in-game hunts like draco with fairness. IF you keep using tracemarry on those hunts. what makes it fair for those who rely on those events just to grow their chars. I'm gonna spit some hurtful facts about gamers in InfinityMU today. Most of ya'll are soft saying " why this and why not".. the Real OG's back then doesnt rely on great pc's and have many pc's just to get above the others. I'm one of those oldies who play competitively but we also know how to act in fairness in general.
So for me. its a No.

Yes i vote back limit 2 clients as no all human is wanted for 2 clients abusing. It is good for solo players for use in resetting and hunting but no abuse for it

Heck bring back the OLD SCHOOL SINGLE CLIENT PER PC!!!!!. to solve most of these bs that we read and see every single day.

some players ABUSE this feature. bugs. lost items the lists goes on and on and on. i see more cons than pros with this feature. if your a TRUE solid player 1 CLIENT is enough. back in the day you survive with only 1 client. now you need 2? for what??!

I voted to close multiclient since i dont like players who are so greedy/abusive when it comes to events such as draco etc... I got ban for this one as well dont know why staffs didnt noticed this just now so thanks to @Peaceful and staffs for noticing it .
