Seems you added some new files in the client like Skins or something. Reinstall the client and run the Autoupdatetool as administrator.

I did check if that directory even exist in the client but it doesn't, bug char I guess since your other chars are working fine.

I think your char got a bug when you go to the other map, sometimes our char even stuck in the middle of space (happen to me once)
Try using teleport function through website ;
