Well im not really sure what is the problem of your client. Please be specific. Well if something error popout whlie loading try to click:autoupdate.exe and all things well resolve just wait and let the updates downloaded.

on your keyboard you can find a button Print Screen, push that button go to paint push ctrl+v and then save the file, Upload it on imgur or postimg.org, and post that pic here, and also be specific about what your problem is.

Hello there bizz, by just looking the picture surely the problem is in your graphics driver, try to upgrade or reinstalled the video card drivers if you have a video card installed on your desktop pc, or if you don't have a video card and only using the built in video card on your motherboard, also try to reinstalled the driver, i think that your problem is a corrupted video card driver just need to be reinstalled.
