If you believe this is a mistake then please go to your InfinityMU folder > MuGuard folder > find llahlog.dat file and send it to support@infinitymu.net

how can i resolve this problem,

Possible answers:

Its the Anti-Cheat. In order for you to log in you must turn off all the illegal/unnecessary program (if your using).

If your using WTFast you must turn of your Anti Virus in order for you to enter the game.

Try to close all the third party programs first before you run the InfinityMU client.
or you can just send your llahlog.dat to support@infinitymu.net

some times there is a program that game guard thinks it is a hack, like "google software, remote control software, energysaving software(especially the updaters)" try to close all program you don't need and see if u still get error message

Or you could just actually re-connect. Happens to me all the time during my first connect trial to the game, usually the 2nd attempt would direct me to the server/game after. I have no idea why it happens but in the 2nd attempt everything would turn out to be just fine.
