1. MetalTYPE

2. [Chuck]

My Hotchpotch

Ingredients: butter, pork, turnip, carrot, cabbage, onion, potato, 2x vegetable and 2x beef broth cubes.

1. Fry the meat with butter.
2. + turnip let soften for few minutes.
3. + carrot let soften for few minutes.
4. + cabbage let soften for few minutes.
5. + onion and potato together, again let them soften for few minutes.
6. Time to add seasoning (i used broth cubes, but homemade stock is fine, if you´re using homemade, make sure to check if you have enough salt) add enough water to cover the ingredients half way, not completely. Pop on the lid and let it steam, check the water level about every 5 to 10 minutes, add more if needed.
7. Let it steam until all the ingredients are soft..this should take about 30 to 45 minutes depending on the size of the vegetable chunks and portions etc.
8. When serving you can add some some fresh herbs of your taste (i used parsley)

For the UBER chocolate chip cookies you will need:

125g of butter
150g of sugar (i used half demerara and half white sugar)
1 egg
240g of all purpose flour
0.25tsp of baking soda
Pinch of salt
1tsp vanilla sugar
1tsp baking powder
120g dark chocolate chips

1. Start by beating the eggs with the sugar, stir in the melted butter (i used the hot water method but the microwave is fine also)
2. In a separate bowl mix the dry ingredients (baking soda, baking powder, flour)
3. Combine all ingredients in a bigger bowl, add the chocolate chips in last and mix until a smooth dough.
4. Use your hands to form a ball press down to form a cookie shape. (you can use cookie cutters but i prefer free hand)
5. Preheat oven to 175 degree celsius and let cook 12 to 15 minutes.
6. Enjoy

3. Kolbus

Voted [Chuck].

All entries are excellent and looks yummy. But, Chuck's presentation of his meal, adds a little "kick" that made it more looks Yummy. Plus the Cookie? dang son. If I ate all that, I'll prolly be on Food Coma. :nuhnuh:

Great work fellas! Good luck!

I base my vote on the criteria: Effort, Creativity and Looks.
MetalTYPE: Effort (those "my other recipes" are more tasty than your main recipe tbh) I think it would be better if you make a very short video on how you cooked those recipes and add on your presentation :) but good entry tho)
[Chuck]: Effort, Creativity and Looks (well its obvious)
Kolbus: Effort ( ? no presentation at all, but the effort is there ofc)
So, my vote goes to [Chuck]
GoodLuck and Congratulations in advance.
