sorry they have the same price? also when you buy from web shop is that wing hp or dmg?

When you buy from webshop it will always be with HP recovery, so people just don't buy that option and try their luck with Jewel of Life available in ingame stores, yet even then, the possibility to get wings with +DMG is not high, hence the price tag on them.

HP wings are usually 2 RoW's, I've even seen people sell for 1, but that is very rare occasion when they just want to get rid of the item faster.
