Problem about my email and changing password

Hello Staff Good Evening. I am really having a problem about my account .. im having trouble about the following :

1. I can't Change my password because the maximum characters for the current password is only 10 but my password is 12 characters .. Screenshot below



and second is
2. since this account is old way back 2014 hope you can help me with my email address issue.
past few days my email is working but as of today my email is not working anymore .. i dont know whats the reason but it cant be retrieve even if i use all of my informations

i would like to request to change my email so i can change my password by clicking forgot password in website
hope someone will help me about this kind of problem. I already ask request at the official website but until now theres no response ..

To your 1st question: Try to repeat it and type your password slowly, try also check the spellings and the numbers or Big letters in your password. (you cant change password unless you don't have the previous right password to your account)
if still cant change contact our admin through Email @: support@infinitymu.net

Hi there sir, try doing something that the few people above told you to do. If nothings comes up, try contacting RESiSTANT via pm. And to make sure that your problem would be fixed ASAP, try giving him the details of ownership to that account like proofs donation. Include that to your pm along with the assistance to your account so Sir Venci will help you accordingly..

i read the thread..
we have the same issue .. what if ? i forgot my password? how can i retrieve my account ? tsssk Google mail really pissed me off .. damn .. now i cant change my password ​

Hi,
I found out that your account was connected earlier today and this means your password is 10 symbols long. Game login accepts up to 10 symbols too same as the website. You can't login ingame if your password is 12 symbols length. There's something wrong with your browser. Double check and you will find out its your mistake because even before 8 years we did not allowed passwords to be this long since game accepts max of 10 length. Maybe saved the wrong password or you misunderstanding the password while entering it in the website.

the best way to do it is to FORGET PASSWORD it. I have been to this case already. if you forget password it there will be a new password setting link and it will just require you to input new password without inputting your old one. hope this helps!

My friend, the same thing happened to me, my account is old, therefore it had more than 10 digits, but it only accepts the first 10 of the password.

Therefore, only use the first 10 digits of your password and dont write the others and that will be your password, change it to avoid confusion in the future
