problem with in game log in and loading

somebody help me of my problem. i can't play MU normally because of this happened its so lag even my ping and internet connection is good. u see in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nu_s2aMqETE
i'd try all. uninstall and reinstall. restart pc. turn off anti virus. and nothing happen. any suggestion to fix this problem. thank you in advance

Hello, is your processor(CPU) got a built-in video card ? or do you have a graphics card ?

if YES, maybe you forgot to install their drivers, that's why when you enter in-game it just got stuck like that on video you uploaded.
