My full name is Noel Fernandez, you can call me Noel. I graduated last April 2016 with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering at DE LA SALLE LIPA, Philippines. I'm currently working as a COBOL/Mainframe programmer. I may not have the best grammar skills but I can communicate and we can talk whole night in game or here in forum.

I know that currently we have 5 members in the Team, but adding another one would not be bad. The more the better. I also learned a lot of things for being part of the Forum Supporter group.

I have tried using the MOD tools in GuildHall :nuhnuh: With regards to real experience in moderating a forum, i'd be honest to say that I have no experience yet but i'm willing to learn. I would be able to learn it because i'm a quick learner and also by the guidance from our current team.

I can spend minimum of 3 hours a day. I am active both in game and forum..If you can't see me in game maybe i'm just using my secret characters. :winkk:

I hope that you will give me this chance to prove myself to serve you all. :grin:

- Active in forum and have high activity.
- Always open for help and suggestions
- Making Events (Forum and In-game)
- Easy to approach and can reply ASAP
- You don't take things too personal
- Has communication skills
- shows dedication and never give up xD

But sometimes you need to let small things and not take them too seriously.

I also want to note that mod is not an easy job.
As always Mod says they look every corner of this forum.
You have a work in real life, to be specific
programming which requires a lot of time and effort to learn in many things.

So I hope you can manage your time really well.

Hi there Hachi,

Sorry to be the first one saying NO to your application but from what i saw , you are not yet ready to handle the job. I followed some of your reports and they are totaly unnecesary and you tend to exagerate in "imposing" the rules on people. You need more time to understand the forum rules and how to make a difference between people who broke the rules and people who did not.
You need to fully understand our forum rules before anything else. I did not seen any progress from you while being a forum supporter. I can't understand why you don't approach one of the mods to help you in this path you want to walk on.

You think you already know everything but you are totaly wrong about this. Take some more time and don't rush. This Forum Supporter tag was given to you for a reason but it seems you didn't understood why. You have many things to learn and you seem not to be interested in them. Reporting everyone and everything for unnecesary things is not going to get you there.

Therefore i cannot support your application. People who replied in here saw only one side of you , which is ok i have to agree, you are indeed a cheerful person, active, trying to help and everything else, but as i said you need more time to learn. It's not my job to recruit MODs but i am always following up the team that now i have to admit that it's great and they are working very well TOGETHER , as a TEAM ! You should start up getting close to them.

I don't want to discourage you but you are not doing the correct things in order to achieve a promotion in the staff team. As i said this is just a personal point of view while having acces to some restricted forum areas and being able to judge your activity & progress form that point of view also. I can't share things from there and examples but you know very well what i am talking about. Do not exagerate in forcing the rules on people, specialy less important rules.

As i said this is Dimer's job to handle but unfortunately from me it's a NO for now.

Dreams said it very well and I mean very well. I saw your application yesterday but I couldn`t share my opinion, since it had to be long and I couldn`t do it with my phone. And now, I dont even need to write it wrong because all what I wanted to say and even more said by Dreams.

Currently there are enough mods and specially these days. Because there is not much things to do and mods are handling it very well. You knew that there are enough mods and even you admited it. So what you had to do? You knew it is hard to enter to the team because staff team is not in need of new mods. So you had to be someone special whose impossible to reject. You have that Supporter Tag but yet you rushed for to have mod one. Not really. As I said, it is currently hard to join and you knew it. With this yoiu can pass Your friends, people that thinking by one side as Dreams said but the people who has enough experience and mature level will be hard to be passed.

You are the one who must be the next TMOD but not now for me. Work hard for it. This is just not the correct time, if it was before, you might recruited easily but not now. But still, it is not to me to to recruit you or else.

Several things:

1.You are rushing things. What do you expect,after 1 month as a Forum Supporter,your way to the Staff is paved? No.
Stay a bit longer so you get the hang of things,you are not ready for this position.

2. We got information of your words in-game that you are staying in the guild DeathRow to become part of the Staff team. That is unserious and it undermines your reputation. We don't accept people from certain guilds,the criteria is equal for everyone.

3.You have used your Forum Supporter tag to warn forum users. This is a big problem. It's not your place to do that and if you do it again,you will be demoted from that position and banned for 14 days. We don't look good on people who act as Staff members before they even get a trial. Learn to behave and don't let authority get in over your head.

4.Your reports in Forum Report section are not the way I wanted you to do them,you are reporting useless things sometimes,but its not so bad,but it doesnt get you points.


Reccomendations:
Stay a bit more as a Forum Supporter and learn to work properly and contribute more for the forum itself and it's users. Learn to behave properly and act nicely with all users. Be dedicated and in time you will earn this position without problems.
