I will say that I have managed my schedules and activities on the last 1 and a half week. So I am back now! I will say that this is my second application as a Test Game Master position. So here are some informations about myself:

Experiences:

I was once a moderator. Which job is to clean and maintain the forum from spams and also helping out by answering questions to other players specially the newbies.

I was also an event master making events to people and helping/assisting them ingame for about 2 and a half weeks.

Reason I left:

I had to take care of my grandmother for couple of days due to my aunt is going for a business trip. The good thing she didn't make it too long for me to wait. She just returned yesterday so thats when I got home again. Since I am back I can now serve the community again.

I also became a supporter and that just voluntary. I want to help the current Game Masters on translations and giving out some opinions on the Report Sections. And at the same time learning a lot of things from that section. And also help out our coummunity.


So here I am now, Going to give a shot as a Game Master. I already have a knowledge of being a Game Master since I already had an experience being an Event Master. So I already know what to do on how to make events to the community. On the other duties of being a Game Master will be my challenge in the future. I know that I have a past and I already moved on on that. Looking forward to the decision by the staff members.

Hello Iceman. I know that you're can handle this position. But I do not get one thing. You often changing situation. this is not understandable that what're u doing, what will u do, will u change ur situation again or not, I just don't understand you. You're sometimes mod, sometimes em, wanna to be gm now, maybe after that u wll be inactive again and will appear suddenly again and will apply for president who knows (Joke)

Its a straight question. So I will give a straight answer, I don't want to be a hypocrite. I can see that there already a lot of EM's. I want to help out the current Game Masters with their jobs. This will be something new that I will be learning, true. But also with permissions from the higher ranks I will be cooperative.

Effy, I don`t have anything with you and I never had. But sometimes your steps just makes me mad. Like this one. Now this application mostly looked like, you did things with plan. Sign off from EM job, with a lay like you were busy in real life, then you back and create an application for TGM. It looks like this. As EM, you did good, I will not reject it. But, why you created TGM instead of EM after you managed your schedule? You been EM before you signed off, why now you want to be TGM? You could simple ask from HGMs or Admin for to become EM once again. But this story, is just a scripted story If it would be someone else with different situation, I could give a YES to him/her. But your situation is different. All here knows that you always look for better positions. I am not supporting to you on this.

Bro I knew you for quite sometime now. I saw how you progressed from one phase to another, I witnessed some of your success and failure. The thing is, probably your main goal is to become a GM. Everyone would give it a shot to be one and you were close in becoming one back then. My advise is for you to enjoy every situation that you are in and give it sometime for you to master every detail of it and make the most out of it.

Man 9 days ago u just resigned from EM bcoz u was busy in your real life and now u came back to apply for GM ? I think it`s too much.

i see that the way u handle and host events is pretty alright. However when i see how u stepped up ur position from a mod to a em and back to a supporter and now to a gm i feel that u have place little importance in the positions. its as if ur getting them because u want.the authority which i feel that it is an inappropriate act.

Look the comments of the infinitians, consentaneous opinion, no positiveness.
This is much better then a Battle plan, but you made some mistakes in it and i will tell you how u did:
- You stayed as Moderator and looks like the Mod job wasnt enough, maybe got bored or maybe other reasons like too few EM's and u joined EM's.
- You stayed as Event Master then u made a really long good bye story where u included your grandmother too, and said who knows when u will be back maybe days, maybe months. Then we didnt really felt that u left coz u still was here, here was clear that this "Resign" was not with the reason coz u cannot make the job, for 9 days or EVEN 1 month u can write your Inactivity thread. Then u make after 9 Days a Test Game Master application.
Here was clear that you just got bored of the Event Master rank and your New project is the Game Master. U should just pm us that u want to be back as Event Master, no u want GM. All dislike here the players who has hunger of power.

How you should do it to get it:
- you should stay as Event Master and not resigning u would get in, with good work and earn the trust. You would recieve the support.
Now how could we work with a person who is unstable in his decisions, rank selection, and who knows when u will resign from here too.
Players who applies for a Rank in the Staff team, they wanna be one of that, not to try everything. this shows unstability.
