Hello im from belgium
i donated for 4euros =5700 credits 5minutes ago
the donation was completed i clicked return to marchant but if i logged in back to webshop my credits are still the same ?
sorry im new here in this mu dunno why i didnt got my credit help me thanks :)
 
can't understand your question, can you explain further?
 
I donated in webshop for sms : 4euros for 5.700 credits right
i gived my number
and i sended the code TAT to 3315
all was ok the donation was done so i clicked return to marchant and i logged in back to webshop to check it i didnt got my credits sir? wat must i do?

yes i did like it sayed big letters TAT to 3315 sir :(

You've seen if your credit on your phone is still there? check it or maybe the transfer wasn't received x_x
 
i looked on my phone and i lost 4euros sir i had 10euros now only 6euros left ? :s
 
So what can of sim card u have if is Gt Mobile or Ortel its not working becouse i am working in holland also its not working !!!

as my friend here says, just be patient untill our Admin check ur e-mail and transaction.
you will get an answer as soon as our Admin can, so as i said beofre my friend, be patient :) !
problem will be fixed.
 
send it to him via email my friend yahoo or gmail, just make sure to put the correct email address that GM Luigir gave you: support@infinitymu.net
