Well infinitans, as expected did Akusuru failed us.
Here are the reasons why he get his demotion:
Reason 1: asking for staff position instead of making a application ( application is the way.)
Reason 2: on the first day he was just afk ingame with his gm char.
Reason 3: on day 2 he fckt up in report section and closed hack reports without proper explanation why.
Also as TGM you cant close a hack report on your own.
Reason 4: after i warned him on a nice way ( yes it was friendly and nice.) he ignore it and went to Ezio
Asking for making him EM because he wasnt able to handle the GM section.
Reason 5: not responding on Ezio's reply.
Reason 6: Afk ingame with gm char ( this happends alot not even doing stuff just staying afk.)
Reason 7: Inactive since the warnings happends.
Reason 8: you promised venci not to fail again as the last time you just did the same thing as the last time.
By this. will your acc that was used as gm char banned perm.
And you will NEVER have a other chance to join the staff team again.
How we see a good team member:
*Active
*teamplayer
*posting his thoughts on a report ( we all needed to learn somewhere.)
*trustfull.
