still not connected with the server

I already downloaded a new installer to update and reinstall the infinity mu but i still not connected. I don't know what is the problem. my connection speed is ok and stable. pls help me. thanks problem.jpg

i suggest to re install the whole file of Infinitymu from www.infinitymu.net and from there try not to download skins cos you know duplicate files may ruin the processing of the game(from my own experience). just try it bro, theres nothing to worry about it.. :)
 
Add your mu.exe, main.exe and autoupdate.exe as exceptions in windows firewall and antivirus.
After that open cmd as administrator and write :
ipconfig /flushdns
Restart pc and tell me what result you have.

Delete main.exe and run autoupdater again.
You corectly added as exceptions those 3 .exe files i told you about?
I hope you didnt blocked them :D
Besides connect button missing you have any other error on the launcher? Like page missing with error 404?

yes sir I already did but it is still the same. i have a connect button sir but the problem! if I'm going to click the button it will be no action i mean i cannot connect to the server. my ping is good 50-60ms

Tell me more about your pc and confirm if u are from Asia.
Providers from Asia got a problem . we dont know yet how to fix it but sometimes they block your connection to out domain.
And u cant have 50-60 ping into France if u are from ph. 250-260 maybe yes but 50-60 no.
As i said...the most likely problem is from your provider.
Unfortunately i can't assist you via teamviewer bcs i dont have a pc here but if your problem still persist , add resistant.bg on skype and kindly ask him to have a look at your problem.

In the mean time try to do this:
Contact your ISP - Internet Service Provider and tell them to unblock the access to domain: "connect.infinitymu.net"

sir REsi i can't ping the connect.infinitymu.net but i can ping the infinitymu.net. I'am from Asia (Philippines), I think I'm Block or the problem is my ISP. Ok sir Resi I'm going to ask the ISP admins to unblock the "connect.infinitymu.net" domain. thanks for your help sir. problem2.jpg

This is because we have stopped and ICMP packets to our server. That's why you can't ping our game but website only. Anyway that's the address for connecting ingame and if your ISP unlocks the access because seems he blocked it by mistake then you will be able to connect without problems.
