Stops Loading

hi guys, anyone can help me regarding to my problem. whenever im trying to connect to the game, my loading screen stops loading. and i needed to try again to connect many times just to play or connect to the game. here is the ss of my loading screen that stops loading. its so hard to me to play or connect to the game coz it takes me several times just to connect.

and when the loading screen loads. my internet suddenly stops working. example, im doing something in the browser like browsing our forum, when the loading screen starts to load. my browser will not work.

when in loading mode try to wait until loading bar finish dont minimize ur infi window and u go fb or etc just wait until loading bar finished
