Suggestion for TGM-GM team

Hello Jade.

1 thing players can`t get. GMs can`t catch any hacker during CS with their GM Character! It is impossible! Hacker doesn`t hit to us, can`t kill as with weired Speed, they are not even hitting us(of cause they will not). GM Character is only for make them scared and turn of their hacking programs. But it will be just for 5 minutes, no more. When GM moved far away from them, they will -on their programs, clean house and off. BOOM!!! We couldn`t take any Video. But we can catch them with our secret characters and of cause it is not enough too. Who hates hackers, who wants to be clean of them, they have to help us, for to catch them.

And also I am thinking of 1 suggestion like:
Who reports and his/hers report will be successful, he/she will get some rewards like Credits. But I will discuss it with my Team Mates first.

You can still record with your GM character, how? well just roam around the castle
if someone with full buff got killed consider as he hit of hacker or someone harvest kill in switcher and crown.
inside the castle. our defense is high a little inside the castle. u know that one.

I understand your comment, but atleast we have GM present in the castle
and the hackers / cheaters scared to use that hack cuz the GM is there inside the castle.
with GM in castle -> less players use hack -> and with less player use hack -> clean castle.
and you have to contribute as said the players warning, like gold pet in BK.

I noticed in a past Castle Siege Event without GM roaming around,
after the Castle Siege event i never been seen people got ban who use hack during the CS.
as you stated in ur comment "But we can catch them with our secret characters and of cause it is not enough too."
i never seen you reported a hackers during CS with your secret character. a lot of CS past I NEVER SEEN in ban list.

we have 5 GMs and 2HGM. atleast 1 or maybe 2 GM's will go in this big event in our server
atleast to scare the hackers never been use and the CS will clean because GM are present in Castle
what is the use of 7 GM's if without GM attend in Castle to video or to observe the event.
our GM's our different time, and its not a complicated to you. you know asia players attend in Castle 1-3am, if ordinary player will still wide awake in that time. hope the staff will observe as a STAFF in castle. it's really regreting when we say yes to ur application becase some of staff said in application
they will do they best to make happy the players in game and need to be clean.

I never pin point any of the staff staff, just my opinion.

I wont argue here or whatevah, this is my last reply on this thread.
3 of the staff are below 20% activity, what are they use?

I wont judge them. you understand what im trying to explain?
if not you can read it again. we have 7HGM and players asking for present of GM in our big event which is "Castle Siege Event".


My observation and opinion hope you respect it if not i cant do anything about it.
