I'm submitting my application for Support. I'll provide a brief introduction about myself and answer some important questions for everyone.

Before answering the mandatory questions, I want to respond to something important for me and probably for the staff.

Why did I fail in the past as an Event Master when I enjoyed organizing events and contributing to the community ?
While it is true that I loved organizing events and contributing to the community, one of my main mistakes was trying to defend the indefensible, helping some friends regardless of the situation. I believe that this led me to argue with some staff members on many occasions.

What experience do you have for the selected position?
My first role was Forum Support , and after a few months, our Administrator promoted me to Support . I assisted on the forum for several months and was then promoted to Event Master , which was a very rewarding phase for me.

What can you bring to the team if you are accepted?
I have a complete understanding of the sections of our forum and all the game rules., I know perfectly how to handle every situation and communicate with a user, regardless of their issue.
I usually have a lot of creativity to come up with new and fun events, both on the forum and in the game.
Currently, I have plenty of free time as I'm finishing my studies, so I can be online for about 8 hours a day, I have a lot of experience and know how the game works in its entirety.
I believe I am the only person in this community who knows how to program for MuOnline, especially for this season.
Therefore, in the not-so-distant future, we can add interesting things to this game (it really needs better optimization).

Hello, your contribution in the past was indeed very notorious either in forum or in the game, you came back after 2 years and your activity in report was very poor in this year.
Things has changed since you left your previous position and i would suggest to be more active in report section, specially there.
You may take or not this advice but if you wish to scale in the future then you should at least demonstrate you are capable for it.
