Using i7-3970X with GTX 780

i7 4790 with 750ti on pc, i7 7700hq with 1050ti on laptop. More or less same performance for MU

PC used to be completely fine(2018-early 2019ish) with however many people on CS until T3 sets got added, maybe skinning T3 sets is the solution?

I don't use anti lag, but I need to lower the brightness of the sets and press F10 to get a smooth and lag-free game.
