There is no sys file in system32 folder called system32,I've got that file sometimes too,and that's a virus.
The virus copies itself to odd places and runs itself,best way to get rid is Antivirus,but if you can't do that,delete manually from safe mode.
NB! Don't delete system32.dll if that file is there,only system32.exe,use safe mode,don't delete anything else from system32 folder,it may corrupt your system,if you don't know what you're doing,try AV only or get a specialist.
