Availability during a regular week: I can play during week about 4-6 hours and during weekend I can be more active when needed.

What are your biggest weaknesses?
I'm a person who likes to make jokes and have fun and sometimes because of my way of acting some people see my posts as offensive but most my of my posts are only for fun.

If I could choose 3 positive points about myself, I would choose: to much playful, sometimes immature and speak without thinking - I'm working hard on all these points.

What are your biggest strengths?
I'm interested person, I like to know new people and to learn new things.
If I could choose 3 positive points about myself, I would choose: organized, easy to communicate with and interested (I have a lot of willpower).

Why should we hire you?
I think I should be hired because as I saw EM team is willing to recruit new people and i'm interested in this work, I'm also from Latin America so I can support in making events and also with comunicate with spanish people, the times im online I don't see to much EMs so I can support the team with my team on his periods that they are not online and also help with everything else that can be needed.

Hello, it makes me very happy to see people who apply and believe they can help.

Something I don't see in you is being active and helping or participating in the big events that happen in the game. I think you need to work harder on it.

My opinion is going to be very direct since we can remember that you just accused the staff of false and incendiary accusations against HGM and ADM

The first thing you should do is improve your behavior and ask for a big apology towards them

I think you have to work harder and keep fighting for those goals that one sets for oneself and be partial and respect what is decided internally within the staff, therefore I will not say yes or no because I am nobody to judge but I like to be very clear when I see that people make mistakes

Next is your attitude, you have been trashtalking and provoking other allies via /post in numerous CS's for no reason. Sometimes you have too much pride. How can we be sure you won't be like this if you get a chance?

Well I was waiting for a staff to comment to provide more evidences. Luckily, what toby has provided is I think more than enough to be balanced in which is which and what is what. More than that, I think the EMs TEAM arent that sophisticated and really in need of EMs and accept whoever from different timezone. Honesty is the best Policy, I am sad to say. But I think you need to prove yourself more. Goodluck!

I am sure that if these people ran again for the position they already have, they would be judged for the same attitude as there are others who criticize the history of said player when they have been given another opportunity in the game to belong to the staff and they have not known how to take advantage of it and Tokba always showing his appreciation for the Latin players who have taught them how to play a cs in IMU talks about the Latin players who use cheating but forget the number of PH players who have been blocked for the same reason which demonstrates the impartiality required of those who aspire to belong to the staff, without more than adding luck to your application friend

Agreed with #Ralph We do know that we need someone who can be trusted to do the work as an EM in a different time zone I've known @WoRMeR since 2008 and I believe He can easily manage this job well and upon checking that ban history it was way back 2011 most of you guys were given second chances with worst ban history why not try giving @WoRMeR as well.

We have what you call Trial right? You can remove him ASAP if he didn't meet your expectations.

Transparency is everything COD. He applies for it, so I think he knows what will be the outcomes of the comments. I think everything has been transparent and eloquently fact check since there are evidence shown. Moreover to that, as I said, Staff Teams isn't desperate enough just to accept whoever opposite times zone who applies.

Agreed with this one. Second chances is applicable however you should atleast improve your ingame attitude regarding fellow member of the community. You’ve been boasting around on people who you don’t know and wasn’t doing anything around you. I don’t know you tho and wasn’t doing anything on you but you’ve been trashtalking me out of nowhere. Anyway it’s part of the game but being on this Position you need to improve on something especially you have a title to behold and be professional enough. Well... i didn't want to comment because i just came back, but as i can see from toby post your account was banned in 20 of may for cheats, thats not even 2 months old based on that i will say no , i also was banned some years ago for insulting the team im in now, i say you need to wait for a while, prove that you rly want to join us, show that you can change yourself, good luck

I rarely provide my opinions on staff applications but i just want to express my 2 cents here.

Being a staff member does not only require knowledge of the game. You should have composure and professionalism towards the players and/or any other staff members. I saw you during CS trashtalked the opponent (idk what triggers u) but those kind of trashtalks are on a different level. We all know that we can trashtalk in game but there's always a limit on everything.

Given your ban history, we can always assume that everyone can change. But apparently, your behavior shows otherwise. I've seen you provoking on CS Winner Threads, on SB, and much more in game. I cant really find the "change" in your behavior. You tend to retaliate on times you've been critized, which is one of the things you should improve.

So for now, I would like to say no.

that's not quite right.
He was indeed a person with a rich ban history but what changed? You can speculate whatever you want but i've seen it, he was doing good stuff to improve his image and literally the way he managed to convince people with "Change" made possible a second opportunity.
