It looks like your game client out-dated. Redownload the latest client from website since your PC blocks the updates by launcher.exe
Also you can download the auto updater, place it in your client folder and run it to get all the latest updates:

Open start menu or type in the search "Core Isolation" Put Memory integrity to OFF, reboot your PC and try to launch the game via Launcher.exe or Main.exe
*Make sure to scan your PC for viruses and malwares using kaspersky virus removal tool:

Make sure your Windows has the latest updates installed
Check for available Windows Updates.
Select
Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update , and then select
Check for updates. If updates are available, install them.
After the installation is complete, please restart your computer and then try to connect to InfinityMU via Launcher.
