TGM Application

Additional, If you are going to apply as GM you must write GM application not TGM application , Why? If you write TGM application it means you are applying to be a Test Game Master not a GM, TGM is the state were the applicant show what he knows about being a Game Master.
 
are you telling us that all applicant's need to accepted ? lol that's why we have Supporter tag so if you get supporter tag you have a chance to get TGM , if all applicant's will be accepted we don't have Infinitians lol all players here are all TGM and GM because all of us want to become part of the staff and want to served Infinitians player.
 
So you're saying that everyone should have a chance to become TGM?
Did you know that TGM's have the powers of a Full GM Already?
OK, Let's pretend that this suggestion was Accepted.
Everyone becomes TGM, Do you think all of the applicants will use the powers as a TGM to good things?
What if they use the powers to bad things?
for example, I want to Ban you because you are not friendly and i simply hate you.
Do you know how much work for the Higher Staff's to fix that? and how long it will take? Think again.
Btw, You can join Supporters group before applying as TGM, in that way you will have a good chance to be accepted as TGM. or you can also prove yourself that your good enough by making reports, helping players with their problems,catch hackers and surrender hacks.
Btw, even if you are at a Infinitian or VIP rank. You're already on a test. Higher staff's are watching us with everything that we do, They can use it as a basis if you're already good enough or not.

Hello friend.

You misunderstood the "TEST" word :-) Let me make this word clear for you and for whom thinking like you.
If a player fully suitable for this job (Game Master) then he/she gets TEST Game Master tag first. What is this? Administrator, Head Game Master, Game Masters and also community testing that guy. Test Game Master learning his/hers job, his/hers responsibilities. For example, he/she learning how to Close thread, How to open; How to Host an Event; How to ban someone; Sharing his useful opinions in Report Section; Learning banning procedures and if he/she learned his/hers job, he/she passing the TEST Period. Thats the meaning of Test period.

Now let's check for another variant and a variant what you wanted, suggested.

What will be happen, if everyone, at least 50% of players could be applied and got TesT Game Master tag:

1) He/she will shares his/hers Credits and will made unbalance in the server. It will be hard to fix this problem.
2) He/she will bans everyone who he/she dislike.
3) He/she will share his random opinion in Report section then it will make big confusing between Game Masters and their brains will be mixed.
4) He/she will talk with Players in rude ways and will make them don`t enjoy from the server and leave the server.

These 4 are the most important ones. Of course after doing these things they will be demoted and will be banned by I.P :-) But does it matter? Damage will be done :-)

That's what will be happen if we take everyone as TGM. We have to know players before giving them TGM position. We have to trust them. They must be mature, responsible, active, well-known, helpful, friendly, kindly and so on.
 
So? Your telling He/She was a supporter, before He/She given a chance to be a TGM? Why we should have TGM application? It Should be a supporter application then after He/She can pass As a supporter it is automatically He/She TEST as a GAME MASTER that's the TGM.

This thread is useless. "Sentido Kumon" we all know that if you're applying a job even in real life, there are QUALIFICATIONS. If you're not qualified then, you're not deserving for that job.
Another thing, It's called Test Game Master, because he or She is qualified for that job, TEST GAME MASTER is like the process of training them or or showing what they wrote on thier application & applying their knowledge about this game.
 
It's useless when nothings comment. It must be a GM application not a TGM Application. think about it.

this thread is about how the applying GM should be trained. It's actually a good idea to teach them what to do and teach them about their position :D

this 4 won't be happen, How? OFC there is a Limit of applicants to be tested "HOW MANY", it's depend on a tester how many TGM He/She can handle.

Since i didn't see yet any TEST GAME MASTER "DENIED", its only on the application.
So its obvious this can learned on the TEST GAME MASTER PERIOD "how to Close thread, How to open; How to Host an Event; How to ban someone; Sharing his useful opinions in Report Section; Learning banning procedures"
You got my point if those applicants denied then how He/She can learn those what u mentioned. He/She didn't given a chance to prove Him/Her self.

Hello again friend,

See you simply saying and agreeing that, you never saw any TGM Denied, couldn`t passed the trial period. Well Great Victory, isn`t? That's how our system working, we are choosing special TGMs for job that they are responsible, mature and thats why they are passing the Trial period. But when some unknown, immature, irresponsible, unfriendly player accepted for the Test Game master job, he/she will not pass the Trial period. I am giving you 100% guarantee that he/she will not pass but will give a big damage for the server. Thats why, our rules and system is good and we are choosing our Game Masters very carefully and even they are capable for this job again they must pass the Trial Period. TEST/Trial period is their learning period and it means first we, administrator, game masters are testing them, then accepting.

About Supporters chance. It not means that a simple Infinitian hasn`t got any chance to be GM. Of course he/she has. But again depends on what he/she did for our community. But Supporters got highly advantage. I am not meaning that, all current Supporters are our future Game Masters, not really :-D There are supporters whose not got that much experience, but they are learning. Anyways there have 1 big and special difference between Infinitian and Supporter. Infinitian can`t see Report section, so he/she can`t learn or can`t get how the system working, how GMs banning, in witch situation they are taking an action, in which situation they are not agreeing and considering proofs as "Not Enough" and so on. It means Supporters got advantage like, they are in school. They are learning.

i got cleared with this Thanks. So it's useless and wasting time to those Infinitians and other group applying directly as a TGM.

CONCLUSION
He/She may not have a chance to be TGM if He/She haven't TRIED/EXPERIENCED as a Supporter.

Supporter Tag is giving out for players who was helped in some section, who Supported and so on. So no one can write his/hers application like "Your are not helpful", because it is obvious that he/she helped and got that Tag.

Friend, I just want you know that, being TGM, TMOD is not that easy. You have to work first then have to get that Tag, then you will prove yourself that you are really capable for this job and then You will pass the Trial.
 
again :) thanks for the effort, for explaining. before i will end it up this, let make us clear and it should be like this

infinitians > help, help, and help to the community and then > get the supported tag which u can learned how the system working, how GMs banning to be applied on the TGM PERIOD, therefore;

You must be a Supporter before; BEFORE HE/SHE can apply and accept as a TGM.
