• Ban history: This one I'm not proud. Out of desperation in need of help I asked donation from this server community. I got banned right away after. And I want to apologize to all you both people in this community and the staff members specially the previous ones that I've hurt.
• Previous Staff Applications: Moderator and Game Master
• Experience on InfinityMU: A lot like helping newbies/Hosting events/
• Availability during a regular week: I'm available everyday. I can be online and can help between 12MN my time until 9AM. Then around 5PM in the evening to 6 or 7PM
• What are your biggest weaknesses? Aside from my wife, it's pride. But it's something that I've learned the hard way.
• What are your biggest strengths? My patience. I'm generous and open minded.
• Why should we hire you? I can learn and adapt quickly.

I know that I just came back few days ago. And it's not my position to do this one but it's worth a try and I want to do this properly. But I'll will do my best to help out this community both forum and in game.

Heard some stories, won't put my thoughts here about them but: lying and fooling? not so gud...

Really.. you need to lock in first, put some work and effort into the community, be active.
Former staff doesn't mean instant application and approval, hope you understand that.

You can actually but I told everyone the truth. The donation from our "barangay" doesn't not cover the cost of the pay that I have look every other else possible. I sold my previous PC at a low cost. Good thing that I was able to get help from a family relative. The mistake that I made is that I asked too much from you guys. I'm really sorry for that. This is a part of my life that when you reach maturity you will realized what you have done is disgusting and I learned that the hard way.

No worries, I understand. I'll accept what the decision will be. I made this application to make it formal. But I'll be here and I can be of help of the community again just like when I was a GM before.

You did not get banned simply for asking for donations because you were going through a difficult time. You were banned because you were dishonest about the real reason. I’m not going to publicly shame you over it, but you know very well what the reason was.

Besides that, you have literally just come back, and one of your first few posts is already an application. This feels far too rushed. You didn’t even take the time to get used to how the server is now, meet the new people in the community, or properly reintegrate. You simply went straight for the position.

Another thing i personally dislike is when people constantly bring God into situations like this, as if mentioning God somehow justifies past actions or automatically proves that someone has changed. Faith is personal, and i respect that, but i don’t think it should be used as an argument in support of an application like this.

You tried to scam money from this community by using a sad story that turned out not to be truthful. Once again, you brought your wife into this thread and presented her as your weakness. Well, she may indeed have been your weakness when I asked her about the truth of your situation.
Her reaction, and yours, said enough.
She stayed silent, while you became angry with me and demanded to know what I had done. Well, I hope you looked in the mirror and asked yourself the same question: What did you do?

This community does not need dishonest people or people trying to scam others.
My team members may choose not to call you out publicly for what happened. I’m less inclined to stay silent.

So let me make this absolutely clear: the answer is NO, and it will remain NO.

Edit: to add, a staff position is for ppl who players and staffers can trust, as for all the information that is at your reach. and imagine if you start selling out events, for real money so they can win, or force unbans when they pay you when you tell them. give me so much money I do this and that.

You guys deserved the truth. I was in the brick of giving up my own life. You know when you will be on your worst situation in life. Lost job, basically everything. So scared to tell my wife that I panicked and didn't know what to do. I got depression and got nowhere to go. Didn't think straight I asked or borrow anyone just for me to be able to stable until I can find a new job. Blinded by it, I went asking here. So I made up stories. It was never my intent to do it. I was just not myself that time. It was my mistake and I should have told you guys my situation. < So here's where I got banned for fraud.

This is where I prayed and I mentioned God on my application because he gave me second chance and choose a different path. He heard me and fortunately one of my family member was able to lend me a huge amount just for me to be able to settle and also referred me to a job. I owed to them big time so I did repay them by sending them money until it got paid in full.

This is why I'm not afraid to mention God here because he's the one that changed me. Renewed me and I never stopped praying. So I hope you guys can forgive me if not today, someday.

- I applied to this position again because of the love for the game. I was once a helping one, made fun specially to the beginners. And I want to do that again. I know it's embarrassing because of the issue of what I have done to the community, but I'm asking for a second chance. Hoping that you will still remember me as Iceman and not the scammer one.

Thing with liars is, when they make up a lie and it is discovered, any attempt to "reason" the way out of it sounds like another lie, even if you are telling the truth.

You lost your credibility, you didn't come clean (assuming you did now) until called out by multiple people, you still played the "I don't know anything" card when I pointed it out first, which makes it that much more harder to believe a thing you have to say.

I am not saying that you are lying now, but most people will think you are, there is nothing you can do today or tomorrow to change that, you ruined your reputation and it will take a lot of effort to sway people towards believing you about a single thing. Especially after lying like THIS when all you needed is help, even if you truly needed it, which we can't know for sure and never will.

People in virtual space can claim whatever they want and we can't verify any of it, for all we know you are a compulsive liar and there is more proof towards it being the case than not, and you cannot blame anyone but yourself for the image you have created of yourself.

I am not the decision maker, but my opinion is that until you regain trust as a person here, you don't belong in any position with power, regardless of what you can offer.

I think the best thing you need to do right now is show people that you've already changed by working hard to earn their trust back. Treat this second chance (being unbanned) as something to be grateful for, instead of rushing to apply for a GM/staff role, use this chance given to you a chance to enjoy the game that once you serve and try to serve the community without asking/thinking for a position. Be a role model, be a good player, community member that gains game/community respect.

I think the most genuine way to rebuild trust is by stripping away the ambition for status and simply remembering why the passion started in the first place, and for me Enjoy the game for what it is, helping others out purely out of goodwill, and letting consistent, and quiet actions speak louder than any position or title.

People may be wondering, why your application got approved if this guy broke a serious rule?
First, everyone has right to apply for a staff whenever is available in our area.
2nd Despite the serious offense you had here, you still have a chance to try again.

Finally I would say, you clearly applied because you probably tho, since we are lack of people, you could have a chance as former staff. (I wouldn't have any problem with that, trust me) but unfortunately you just logged in again after being unbanned for the reason people here already stated. I would say, ain't pretty what you did but part of me wants to believe you already learned your lesson.
I myself also broke some rules, it wasn't pretty as well (surely not that serious like yours) but I've changed my perspective and behavior since that incident which led me here in this position.

If you really want to become again a Game Master, trust is the first thing you should work on but i mean it, try it for real and not just for the moment.

Denied for now.
