i voted for kolbus because of the great view of the palas. he placed the paper in the right spot and it goes well with the view!

I love clear photos, the palace building well visible and that blue sky just simply awesome,
my advice, next time try positioning the fansign at the corner or lower side of the frame so it will not cover much the scenery behind it, and focus on the scenery not on the fansign~
