Report Section Rules and Regulations!

To start off, every time you create a thread, you must select the appropriate prefix.

After you have selected prefix, you have to name the violator.
This is meant to ease job for GM's to identify your problem and resolve it as quick as possible.
Note: You cannot post a Thread without prefix.

Bug Reports ( Used for reporting game bugs, errors, development mistakes)

Harassment Reports (Used to report inappropriate behaviours of community members)


Advertising Reports (Used to report players that advertise other games/sites)


Sell / Buy for real money Reports (Used to report players that trade items/accounts for real money or into other games)



IMPORTANT NOTES for Report Rules and Regulations:
You are not allowed to discuss/leaking any content that are used or posted inside Report Section,
If you are caught for doing it, you'll be punish accordingly by the Staff Team.

In cases where a screenshot, or more, are required as proofs, the reporter can request the Staff Team to edit the SS in order to protect his identity.
Original screenshot will be kept in the report section.
Upon reporting a rule braker, reporting players have the right to ask for identity protection.
This rule does not apply for Video reports.
Each report case must be in separate thread!

Note: The InfinityMU Staff Team Reserves the right to update the rules & regulations at any time if circumstances require us so.
Fake Reports are severly punished!

Reglas y Regulaciones de la Sección de Reportes

Para empezar, cada vez que cree un hilo, deberá seleccionar el prefijo apropiado.

Después de seleccionar el prefijo, tiene que nombrar al infractor.
Esto es para facilitar el trabajo de los GMs de identificar su problema y resolverlo lo mas rápido posible.
Nota: Usted no puede postear un Hilo sin prefijo, Si encuentra que el prefijo que quiere usar no se encuentra disponible, contacte a cualquier

Notas Importantes Para reportar Reglas y Regulaciones:
No tiene permitido discutir o filtrar información que este dentro de la sección de reportes.
Si es descubierto haciéndolo, será castigado correspondientemente por el Staff Team.

En casos donde una captura de pantalla, o mas, sean requeridas como pruebas, el denunciante puede pedir al Staff Team que edite la captura para proteger su identidad.
La captura de pantalla original será guardada en la sección de reportes.
Al reportar a un infractor, el denunciante tiene el derecho de pedir la protección de su identidad.
Esta regla no aplica para Videos.
Cada caso deberá estar en un hilo separado!

Nota:El Equipo de InfinityMu se reserva el derecho de actualizar las reglas y regulaciones en cualquier momento si las circunstancias lo requieren.

Mga Panuntunan at Regulasyon para sa Report Section!

Para sa pagsisimula, sa tuwing gagawa ka ng isang thread, dapat mong piliin ang naaangkop na unlapi (prefix).

Pagkatapos mong mapili ang unlapi, kailangan mong pangalanan ang lumabag.
Ito ay inilaan upang mapadali ang trabaho para sa GM upang malaman ang iyong problema at malutas ito sa lalong madaling panahon.

Report ng Bug (Ginagamit para sa pag report ng game bugs, errors, kamalian sa pag develop)


Report ng mga Nawawalang Gamit (Ginagamit para sa pag report ng mga nawawalang gamit)

MAHALAGA TANDAAN para sa Mga Panuntunan at Regulasyon ng Report:
Hindi ka pinapayagan na pag-usapan / maglabas ng anumang nilalaman na ginagamit/post sa loob ng Report Section,
Kung nahuli ka sa paggawa nito, parurusahan ka nang naaayon sa Staff Team.

Sa mga kaso kung saan kinakailangan ang isang screenshot, o higit pa, bilang mga patunay, maaaring hilingin ng reporter ang Staff Team na i-edit ang SS upang maprotektahan ang kanyang pagkakakilanlan.
Ang orihinal na screenshot ay itatago sa report section.
Sa pag-report ng isang lumalabag sa panuntunan, ang nag-report na manlalaro ay may karapatang humingi ng proteksyon sa pagkakakilanlan.
Hindi nalalapat ang panuntunang ito para sa mga Video Reports.
Ang bawat kaso ng Report ay dapat na nasa magkakahiwalay na thread!

Tandaan: Ang InfinityMU Staff Team ay mayroong karapatang mag-update ng mga patakaran at regulasyon sa anumang oras kung kinakailangan ng mga kaganapan.

Hack Reports
The Report must be made in English!​

You must pick a Prefix before posting!
Without it your thread will not be posted.


* For every successful report, you will receive 5 IMES
* NO FOUL WORDS / NO SWEARING in your Report thread (or you will be Infracted/your report will be denied).


Reporting Hack usage by Video:


[Report Rules]

- Video date MUST not be older than 1 week, you are required to report immediatly!
- Please record the suspicious players in the best video quality! Very low FPS videos, high latency videos or low quality (resolution) videos will NOT be accepted.
- The video MUST be 100% unedited.
- The Video must be 2 minute long, or more, and have enough proof of the suspicious player. Videos below 2 minute won't be accepted.
- You must Upload the Video to Youtube.

Notice: some videos might be accepted since we have enough tools to get the rest of the info by ourself if we find the gameplay suspicious.

[How to Report]

Prefix for Hack Report - [Hack Usage] "The Reported Character Name".


* Fill in the open boxes - if its marked with "Required" you must fill it ,or else your thread will not be posted.
* Provide a video of the player Hack usage and explantion with timestamps in the video where the player acted suspiciously.


In-Game:

* You have to show us your full Desktop + Task Manager while you recording the suspicious player!
* In the same video you MUST show us your stats and ALL your equiped items (try to this before engaging in PvP or after you consider that you have enough footage of the
suspicious player - warp in another map and take your time to go over stats & items).
* The suspicious character name must be visible and shown properly in the footage provided ( press "D" and hover your mouse over the target).
* Show your Achievements Bar by clicking the "Page Down", and "Page Up" Buttons.
* For a successful video report you must record at least 5 kills of the suspicious player (1 vs 1 situation & prefferably same buffs or no buff at all (MS-Mana Shield/ELF
DMG,DEF/DL Crit/BK Swell) for a better and stronger proof.)


Reporting Battle Event Teaming:

Duel Room Report (Running & Shield skill):

Duplicated items:

[How to Report]

Prefix must be: [Duplicated Item] "Character Name".

* Fill in the open boxes - if its marked with "Required" you must fill it ,or else your thread will not be posted.

this situation is usually solved by just switching character, and loggin back to the same character.
If the duplicated item is still there if you relog do the following:
1. take a screenshot of the duplicated item and the original item.
2. close the game.
3. login to your account on in the website, Click on » Character Options - Choose the Character who have the items, and Click on Clear Inventory.
4. post a report about ur duplicated item, providing the screenshots you took at first, and explain what led to the item to be duplicated.


Account/Character:

Prefix must be: [Bug Report] "Character Name".

* Fill in the open boxes - if its marked with "Required" you must fill it ,or else your thread will not be posted.
* Provide an explantion with screenshots or a video. Please provide as much data as you can (only vital information), The more you tell us, the faster we can help.
* DO NOT post your password or your account name as many have done so far. we can trace your account with your character name.

Reportable Cases (some might not be appear here):

- If you are having problems with your character such as overpumping your stats, inventory issues, or any other bugs.
- If you are having problems with your account such as "Account already connected" or any kind of other problems/bugs.
- If you are having problems with your character skills - can't use them or can't apply them.


Items:

Reportable Cases (some might not be appear here):

- If you are having problems with your items such as unlocked ancient options when gear equipped.
- Any kind of bugs you encounter with any type of items.
- Mixed sets (not sister sets) with overpowered Ancient options: Provide a screenshot of the set's unlocked ancient options & Video of you testing the gear against other players.
in the video you must show the every gear part you are wearing one by one. make sure your opponent is having the same guild buff, and achivements.
your video must have enough information that will help us to solve the problem, we will not accept reports on un-tested gear.


In-Game Events/Mobs:

- Mobs showing incorrect, or weird message after they die.


Infinity Buff/Achievements:

* We can restore any items bought from you in webshop, or someone else or aquired in-game.
* We can give back items that is missing from your personal store (shop).
* Please provide more information about the items you have lost and for how much time the items was in your account.
(if possible tell us from what to what Date the items were in your account and it will be a lot faster for us to restore them back to your account).
(such: I lost 2 Bone Blades, Dragon Armor etc.)

Any deal which involves REAL MONEY or LOADS is welcome to be reported because selling for real money is forbidden in our community and server.
If you see someone Selling/Buying items for such things, then please Report them asap!


Social Media real money/load/any other currency/other game items and currency traders:

Prefix must be: [Buy / Sell for real money Report] "The Reported Character Name".

* Fill in the open boxes - if its marked with "Required" you must fill it ,or else your thread will not be posted.
* Time and Date must be seen in every picture or video!

--Social media via private message

1. A video/screenshot of the whole conversation.
if the language used by the reported player is different than english you are obliged to translate the full conversation.

2. A screenshot/video or link of both the profiles or name used in the conversation.

3. A hard evidence which maybe anything that provide proof of the reported player is related to the game / forum.

--Social media via private groups.

1. A video/screenshot of the reported buy and sell post under the private group.
*if the language used by the reported player is different than english you are obliged to translate the full conversation.

2. A video/screenshot or link of the group profile of which the player being reported is posting.

3. A video/screenshot or link of the complete name and profile of the reported player.

4. A hard evidence which maybe anything that provide proof of the reported player is related.

--Other means of communication via social media
with regards to real money trading including social media features like FB Commments, FB Stories and etc.

1. Same as above

Note: Falsifying reports, screenshots and evidence will be greatly dealt.
Upon reporting the staff may ask a step by step video recording or other requested informations if the report deemed is unclear and suspicious for a more clear verification.

We are no longer banning for failed reports, only players who fake reports will be banned!

- 1st = Friendly warning (post in Notes on User's Profile);
- 2nd = Warning;
- 3rd = 3 days Ban;
- 4th = 5 days Ban;
After 4th ban the ban time is always 5 days.

Custom fields has been added to each sub section in the report section.
When you open a new thread you will be needed to fill these simple boxes.
When the box is marked with "Required" you have to fill it to be allowed to post your thread.
We are wokring to make it easier to report while following the reports rules, so we might add few more things later.

Note: Falsifying reports, screenshots and evidence will be greatly dealt. Upon reporting, the staff may ask a step by step video recording or other requested information if the report deemed is unclear and suspicious for a more clear verification.

- Please record the suspicious players in the best video quality! Very low FPS videos, high latency videos or low quality (resolution) videos will NOT be accepted.
- The video MUST be 100% unedited.
- The Video must be 2 minute long, or more, and have enough proof of the suspicious player. Videos below 2 minute won't be accepted.
- You must Upload the Video to Youtube.

Notice: some videos might be accepeted since we have enough tools to get the rest of the info by ourself if we find the gameplay suspicious.

* Provide a video of the player Macro "fail", and explantion with timestamps in the video where the player acted suspiciously.


In-Game:


AFK Player:
* Incase the player is AFK in PVP Area You have to kill him at least 1, or 2 times for successful report. (Kills are in order to see the player reaction).


Fighting:

* You have to show us your full Desktop + Task Manager while you recording the suspicious player!
* In the same video you MUST show us your stats and ALL your equiped items (try to this before engaging in PvP or after you consider that you have enough footage of the
suspicious player - warp in another map and take your time to go over stats & items).
* The suspicious character name must be visible and shown properly in the footage provided ( press "D" and hover your mouse over the target).
* Show your Achievements Bar by clicking the "Page Down", and "Page Up" Buttons.
* For a successful video report you must record at least 8 kills of the suspicious player (1 vs 1 situation & prefferably same buffs/guild buff or no buff at all (MS-Mana Shield/ELF
DMG,DEF/DL Crit/BK Swell) for a better and stronger proof.)
