I would personally go like:
1. Heru
2. TheFearOne
3. Cosmo
4. ZhaiJe

And it's simply because of the work put over here, clearly Heru's skills are visible, no doubt he'll win this, but good luck to everyone!

ZhaiJiE-'s work doesn't feel complete. To me, the render doesn't match the background.

Now, all the rest have some unique features.

Cosmo's background choice is good, effects are nice, just enough to not be in the face, I like the idea with the text, but I reckon the font should have been different, as it feels out of place, instead of complimenting the work.

TheFearOne has it all, however, even text that compliments the work, and somehow, the increased brightness of the image behind the text works. Overall a pretty nice work.

Heruvim, well, yeah, I cannot find any type of criticism here, not one pixel.

I'd vote for Heruvim, but he will win even without my vote, which is why I will vote for the closest contender, being TheFearOne.

Amazing work everyone, but i kinda like @TheFearOne 's work.
Background and colors quite took my attention immediately, despite the font you used (could be better)
Heruvim you made a very dramatic work which is awesome but not my taste.

My vote goes to Cosmo, the design has a very fresh and pleasant look—simple yet beautiful.

I vote for Zhajie. His work is simple compared to the others, which are really impressive especially Heru's. Heru doesn't have anything left to prove anyway since he's a true expert and a former GFX Leader who used to host events here.

Two outstanding works, TheFearOne and Heruvim's,
Cosmo's work has improvement, nice to see you finally start to experiment with the layers,
ZhaiJiE's work are too simply just put the render with background, and the theme doesn't look match.

My vote goes to Heruvim's because his work just simply amazing, the effects detailness show the whole different level.
