I've noticed this one is leaving and joining when she wants, these things shouldn't be so anymore, what kind of staff team shows that maturity getting out 1, 2 ,3 or more times, and coming back once again, I'm no one to tell what should be done, this is just my opinion, I wouldn't see you over here, you left, so good bye.

Sense of staffers leaving and then comming back is mostly about their activity, what's the sense keeping the tag if he/she can't be active here. That's how it goes, there are active people who deserve it more,probably. (Didn't talk about Syd.)
