Discussion Unavailable Staff Members During Castle Siege

Please read with understanding. I wrote that they are not obliged, but they could actually improve their activity.
I will not compare our servers with others because Infinity is my first server and I have never left it.
Please don't say the sister server was boring if you weren't there and don't know anything about it.
If you want, we can talk in private about the differences between these two servers and then you will understand that it wasn't boring at all and why there are always fewer players.

Abesta is right on this. Maybe you should consider his words because many already is displeased with your high horse attitudes, stealthy and just to add up, staffer don't interact anymore, I don't see them joking or having fun anymore when they become one. I respect the staff because I'd like to try it but on my experience you cannot enjoy interaction anymore, you become a robot program to answer and not joke around anymore. As previously said, kudos to those who stepdowns when they know they are quite busy already in real life. Don't be greedy for salary. Cheers boys!

Do you want us to stay around and talk with you all? Hi just to share my 2 cents,

Why apply and stay as a staff/GM/EM if you won't be active in-game? Out of like 20+ staff members, I've only seen like 2-3 staff members average per week. In addition to that, @RESiSTANT is more visible in-game, discord, and forum, dude's the best admin I've known (sorry for being a kissass *wink*). I think some staff members need to step-up, and show us how a staff member should be, also if your reasons are (real life issues) maybe you should step down from the position and just be normal players, and let trusted active players to have a chance to showcase their intention. I mean no disrespect to anyone though, this is just my 2 cents as an active player and one of top contributor who loves the game. Love ya'll

sorry you have to deal with 0 active staff members in your time zone, and if some of the Game Master team has to resign because of that, then i think you gotta keep waiting, probably when there will be some sense in your criticism.
and one more thing, i invite you to try joining us and maybe as you describe we would find some good balance with activity in game, because saying " you should step down" sounds very promising from you, i bet you have a better plan (i'm serious)

What if somebody is bugging switch? What if somebody is farming sterns? Dont take credit for the gm who is actually watching and helping during CS, that’s the most important event of the MU, you obviously need game masters who are supposed to catch cheaters online during that time… the only one who is actually doing something from the team is Stevie, rest are useless during CS, even Wintwi who is EM do more than most Game Masters…

You're being funny right now luigi. The problem is a whole, and its not individually. You addressing everyone here one by one, only means you only have answers to our complaints while the others are complety ignored. Anyways, I'll help you. You better check VAPE post because you handle cases differently. Either it be public or private!

1st you are actually hard to reach via discord, or you prolly ignored me. We didn’t say specific GM so no you don’t have to be a robot and live iMU. Like I mentioned on the first post, there are 8 of you including SGMs and HGM so there should be someone available at least 1 every 3 hours of the day. You also stated that there were no GM on @m1x timezone i believe there are at least 2 GMs in his timezone not including EMs so you’re the one who’s actually not making any sense. All you think is players crying/complaining/being kids, when it’s actually just your mentality(no flame if it’s true)

@Delvill hi, you said that CS is an automatic event and not made by Staff. You are actually correct because it is an automatic event. However, you did say that you’re not an active player and by that you have no clue what the castle siege actually means for this server. It is the Mecca of the events and the most played event of this server, so what happens in our sister server doesn’t really work it. No offense there is a big difference between number of players between the sister’s server.

P.S. @SuperStell I think sava was talking about me and not you about “old staffer”.

since someone tagged my name in the first post i'm obligated to answer, i dont have the intention to create conflict or fight with people, never.
We are here to help players and maybe if we fail then don't rush on firing bombs to everyone and i'm answering only about myself, i can't answer for the rest.

1- I don't know what you talking about, my discord is open to everyone and i do answer when i receive messages and most of the time i'm re-directing people to server's discord because the may find better solutions there.
2- I kinda dropped my activity in CS because of work, i don't usually have free Saturdays and right now i'm in the middle of a serious problem in my job which i hope solve it soon (just so you know)
3- Your post started very very heavy and i would advise you next time maybe ask differently, maybe, put yourself in their skin for a moment and wait for any response and not asking their demotion.

4- some people are complaining of some interaction from the GM team, when you say this i believe you are referring to events and chit chat in game.

Logging in 1hr per day wont hurt your 'busy life' unless you really don't have time in your GM post.

We GM's are not obligated to host events, we have EM team that is very active and doing a lot of events and i used to believe that we can do everything at the same time like before but we have another administration and rules must be followed. We are now focusing reports all the time and if there is some delay in answer is not because we don't want to answer or we forgot about it, we need to verify everything and come finally with a proper decision.
And you have no clue what other people is doing to invite people or advertising new projects... well, i myself advertise every time i turn my streaming on in another platform (in case you didn't know).

I think some staff members need to step-up, and show us how a staff member should be, also if your reasons are (real life issues) maybe you should step down from the position and just be normal players, and let trusted active players to have a chance to showcase their intention

The reason behind your answer is activity, and i believe you are referring to attend CS isn't? well, then in that case i completely agree with you but activity in game with other stuff is not what you should focus on, idk maybe im wrong but is pretty obvious where your point goes.

i tried to be there at least for some minutes, i stayed but most of the time AFK because i was at work, i really tried to manage at least stay the 2 hours event... and no, it shouldn't be like that, should be different. I did manage to handle few situations but not everything i'm afraid but i'm trying and i will keep trying to satisfy people's concern in that moment, especially with bugs which lately became very annoying.

On the one hand, I think you're being a bit arrogant with the way you want to communicate your idea. On the other hand, I think it is necessary that there are at least two members of the staff during the CS, not to "ban" because we all know that it is difficult to detect a hack only seeing it in the third person, but I think it is necessary that a member of the staff can dc or teleport to a person who has bugged in the switch since it is useless to ban him one day when the cs is over, those seconds or minutes that he holds the switch during the cs can be decisive for the victory or defeat of a guild. I know that it is a difficult day for the staff members since it is the weekend and we all want to rest from our activities during the week. I think some supporters and staff members play cs on their normal accounts (not sure) but if this were true maybe they could get an extra rank as "cs supporter" if they decide to leave the game to work this way . I don't want to offend or make anyone feel obligated, it's just an idea

Topic is closed to avoid conflicts. Staff members have their own lives and cannot be all the times on CS. I am sure they are currently busy due summertime schedule/vacations/family activities. I am sure for 2 GMs that are active and playing from their sub accounts in castle siege event so there's nothing to worry about. If you notice someone getting suspicious you can report in report section with videos. DORAEMON will check anticheat logs and will put them in gameplay check like always or directly ban them if there are enough proofs. @Renato I agree with you. Staff members must take attention those who are "bugged" @ switch and immediately disconnect / block them but not after the castle siege event, if not then the ban must be for next castle siege event so the abuser will not play.
