nope, every time i play, i need to set it to +5 , sometimes need to activate F6 if needed and i always use my other client with anti-lag skins

No, but reducing effects works fine.
ofc i don't use any anti-lag but still in crowded area (in CS) for example, there is a huge frame drop.
AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 3.8GHz 32MB AM4 with MSI GeForce RTX 2070 Super Ventus GP OC 8GB GDDR6 and I do need to reduce the effects for better performance in crowded areas.
At first, it was laggy, but after I optimized my Windows settings, it became smooth — even without using any anti-lag.

Mini ITX with Ryzen 7 5700G. No problem playing. Just reduce brightness etc.. good to go
